Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Breakfast Buffet I recently stayed at Relais des Plateaux and had an excellent experience. The hotel provides free airport pick-up and drop-off, which made my arrival and departure seamless. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was comfortable and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant stay. One highlight of my stay was the breakfast. It was one of the best buffets I’ve had in years, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The selection was impressive and catered to all tastes. Overall, I highly recommend Relais des Plateaux for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially if you appreciate a top-notch breakfast!

We stayed here twice with a few days in between. Our first stay was great! The rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. The restaurant was closed but the outside bar served nice food (only 2 veggie options), though a little noisy and cold (they gave us blankets when we asked). Our second stay was awful! We had two rooms booked, but they said we only had one. We had to wait several hours in reception for this to be sorted with no apology from staff. When we came to check out, they said they hasn’t received the money from lastminute.com and asked us to pay again. I showed proof of payment, but they said they didn’t have it so wanted me to pay. I refused! They asked me to call lastminute.com to sort out the payment transfer to them. I explained that everything on my end was complete and that they could sort it out with the tour operator not me. Also on our second stay the food was terrible - the zebu fillet was completely inedible. When we told the staff they didn’t even acknowledge this problem.

As a rewards member I was offered the members rate - however, after several staff members tried to help me reset the password but failed due to a system error, they refused to charge me at the members rate. Same result with customer service when I returned home to try and fix - not willing to even give points - it's as if the trip never happened ! Customer service was incredibly frustrating there was no way of tracking my original issue and every time I chatted/emailed/spoke to a new member of staff I had to start again. I have stayed with Radisson on multiple occasions but it seems that if there aren't any issues it's all fine but if you have an issue they are not interested and of little to no help. Some of the members of the customer care team were excellent but still unable to help fix this even after admitting the issue was at their end. I think I will take my business elsewhere next time - I appreciate that issues arise but it is very much how an organisation deals with the issue - and Radisson failed in a very major way. I still remain frustrated and annoyed.

Nous y avons été logés une nuit par l'aéroport car notre avion avait été retardé. Le hall est immense et spacieux et on sent direct qu'on est en Chine ici. L'accueil est très agréable, rien à dire. On nous a installé dans notre chambre, qui était je l'avoue, extrêmement propre, avec une salle de bain de luxe bien équipée ! Dommage que la vue sur la route soit atroce. Nous sommes ensuite descendus déjeuner (repas payés par l'aéroport) et c'était franchement dégoûtant ! Notre menu était imposé et on avait l'impression qu'ils nous avaient préparés les fonds de frigo... A tel point que le soir nous avons préférés sortir manger ailleurs même si nous aurions pu rester à l'hôtel et manger gratuit. Le petit déjeuner est aussi indigne ! Il n'est pas refourni donc quand nous sommes descendus vers 8h30, il ne restait que quelques bouts de pastèques, du bouillon, du pain et un peu de fromage. Tres limite pour un hôtel de ce standing, surtout que les autres clients de l'hôtel avait droit à ce même buffet. On a demandé si ils allaient remplir à nouveau et clairement ça à dérangé la serveuse. Bref pour une prestation qu'on a eu gratuitement ça va encore mais c'est clair que je ne paierai pas pour retourner dans cet hôtel.

I was traveling for work, and the first part of my trip was pretty good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even found me a doctor when I got sick one evening. The breakfast was excellent. Wifi was pretty reliable. But it was a loud hotel. Initially there was some construction going on outside the window of my room, so even when my room got a bit stuffy it was hard to keep the window open long because of the noise. Then later in the week there were about 200 young athletes staying in the hotel and it descended into chaos. It's a really well-located hotel, and so you may still choose to stay. If you find it too loud, I recommend walking around the corner to Paradise Restaurant (actually I recommend this anyway!) the atmosphere is a peaceful buzz of excitement and the food is delicious!!

今までに2回宿泊した。 古いホテルではあるが、ロケーションが良く、朝食やスポーツジム、スパといったホテルのサービスには満足できる。 しかし深夜、ホテルスタッフが合い鍵を使って侵入してきたことがあった。 2023年8月19日から20日にかけての深夜2時30分に合鍵を使って男性のホテルスタッフが女性を連れて入室してきた。 私が怒鳴ったら彼らは慌てて出て行き、しばらくの間二人は廊下で口論していた。その後「空いている部屋だと思って開けてしまった、ごめんなさい」とスタッフから電話がかかってきた。 翌日フロントに苦情を言いに行ったが、レポートされておらず、スタッフの中でもみ消された様子。今のところホテルからの正式な謝罪はない。 宿泊する方はドアの前に椅子やスーツケースを置いて物理的にドアを開けられないように用心した方がいい。 I have stayed here twice now. Although it is an older hotel, hotel services such as breakfast, gym, and spa are satisfactory. However, one time, the hotel staff used a duplicate key late at night to gain entry. On August 19-20, 2023, a male hotel staff member entered the room with a female using a duplicate key at 2:30 a.m. When I yelled at them, they left in a hurry and argued in the hallway for a while. Later, I received a phone call and stuff saying, ”I thought it was an empty room and opened it, I'm sorry.” The next day, Sunday morning I went to the front desk to complain, but it was not reported to reception and seemed to have been hushed among the staff. So far, there has been no formal apology from the hotel. Those who are staying at the hotel should be vigilant to make sure that the door cannot be physically opened by placing a chair or suitcase in front of the door.

Etablissement sans encadrement. Le patron ou responsable?? Invisible. Le jour de l'arrivée, diner impeccable. Le lendemain catastrophe. Un steak au gingembre sans gingembre et innomable, bannes flambées acceptables. Mais deux heures pour ça. Il n'y avait que 7 personnes au restaurant. La raison donnée: Le chef n'était pas là. Et surtout, l'hôtel est situé dans un endroit à HAUT RISQUE le soir, accès en 4x4 sinon vous n'arrivez pas. Presque un kilomètre de chemin . J'ai annulé les réservations prévues pour les jours suivants. Serge MARTIN
