It was a dream come true. We always wanted to visit this historical city of Gwalior. What a better place to stay than the Taj Usha Kiran Palace? The ambiance and the surroundings were perfect for a short holiday. The courteous staff and the people made this stay even more memorable. Ms.Tanika Taneja, Ms.Teresa Shaw, Ms.Vandita, Mr.Yeshwant, Mr.Singh (yoga), Ms.Ambica (Spa), Mr.Mousin and his team of musicians and Driver Pooran certainly made our stay memorable. Basically if you are someone who is a solo backpacker, are comfortable in many situations, and of-course want a budget place to stay that is close to monuments, archaeological sites, etc then this place is good. You won't get early check in, hot water, you will have to pay extra. Other then that the stay was good.
