Hotel location was very good located in city centre near to Dindayal Mall, Room was nice and well maintained, staff was also good specially front dest Su*** was very helpful, good food, standard room was quite small but comfortable for 2 guest it was very nice stay over all.

The stay was fine and cozy. The restaurant is good especially during weekdays. Buffet are fine but if you have company you can try other dishes too. The staff is helpful and well maintained. Vikram pal has served me in the restaurant and is a wonderful person. Cheers

Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room. The food was reallly amazing.It was an excellent stay and Located slightly further away from city centre. …I thank ***agement and staffs for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service. Specially thanks to Ms. Damini mam she assist us very well ..She always welcomed us with a warm smile 😊

The hotel is very good, ambience is lovely and food is also very sumptuous and of good quality! The food prices are a bit high, but it's worth it. Most importantly, all the tourist places are very accessible from this hotel. Overall, lovely experience staying and eating here

Overall experience was great. Staff are very cooperative and polite .. specially I was very well assisted by Ms Su*** The overall journey starting from check in to check out , taste of food etc was perfect . I would really suggest to book stay here if you visit Gwalior

I recently stayed at Clarks Inn hotel and had a wonderful experience. The front desk employee, Ms. Su***, provided exceptional service, making check-in a breeze and offering helpful recommendations throughout my stay. The food quality was top-notch, with delicious options to choose from at every meal. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I highly recommend Clarks Inn, especially for their outstanding staff like Ms. Su*** and delectable cuisine.

A magnificent quality hotel with good services and staff behaviour is immaculate. Food quality is also good as well as there was a variety of choices presented for cuisine. I would love to once again have a stay in this hotel. I am extremely happy with the stay.
