Very nice. Comfortable and clean. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Ac is working perfectly and view is great too

Located right next to gwalior station the hotel tries to provide close to 3 star facilities to its guests but fails to do so in certain aspects. It attracts more people because of its proximity to the railway station but improvement is required in some basic aspects. The staff members at the reception were very jovial and tried to resolve every issue with promptness, the room service was prompt however the infrastructure was lacking as the ac in the room seemed to be of medieval times, hot water was unavailable in the taps and the lights in the room flickered giving an eerie feeling. When asked for resolving the issue the attendant just smiled and went away.

Location is exilent as good as the porch of a structure. Staff was very cooperative and attentive. Brake-fast was limited but very well done.

Advantage of this hotel is it is very near to the station. Rooms are good. Food price is very high. Service is very slow. And in night you will not get the hot water.

Receptionist staff specially the guy who is sitting in reception his behavior is very rude, and he is always on his perdonal phone calls. He just least bothered guest enquires or requirements. He is not even eligible to handle guesthouse guest is sitting reputed 3 star hotel.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The service was poor, and the staff lacked attentiveness. Breakfast was just average, nothing special. Additionally, the staff came across as unhelpful and somewhat irritating, which made the experience less enjoyable. Overall, i would not recommend this place.
