The hotel is excellent. Large, comfortable room, very clean and organized. The view of the lake is beautiful and the room service is fast. The pools are clean, large and suitable for people of all ages. The gym is very well equipped and you can practically carry out your training routine without missing any equipment. The restaurants are great and serve Western meals. Large and free parking. All employees served us with care and promptness. We intend to return soon!

今回はプレミアムツインルームに泊まりました。ベッド周りや床、トイレ洗面所周りなど、とても清潔で過ごしやすかったです。泊まった部屋からは自然豊かなビューで、特に左側に慶州ワールドが見えていましたがアトラクションの音など気にならずでした。ビュッフェも利用しましたが、以前宿泊した時より味や種類がレベルアップされ、とても美味しくいただきました。特にシェフやホールのスタッフの方達は優しく丁寧で居心地良かったです。ただ、レセプションやコンシェルジュの方達の接客態度が気になりました。視線があっても挨拶がなく、こちらから挨拶することが多かったです。笑顔もなく、何か聞いても丁寧さを感じれなかったです。ホテルに入って一番最初に足を運ぶ場所でもあり、ブランドのイメージに直結することにもなるので、より丁寧な接客を心かけてほしいです。

온돌방으로 예약을 하고 갔는데 중앙난방이라 온돌기능을 사용 못한다고 하여 머리속에 물음표만 가득 생김 이 부분은 예약자가 충분히 인지 할 수 있도록 크게 표기 해놓아야 할꺼같음 사기는 아닌데 사기당한기분 그리고 마운틴뷰 였었지 싶은데 실상 뷰의 절반은 초록색 옥상뷰라 쫌 실망함 근데 그거 제외하고는 나름 가성비 있고 좋았음

Very clean hotel with good service. The room is spacious with a nice terrace. The swimming pool is not very deep but good for kids. I didn't like the area as there are not many things to do around but is a good hotel to stay out of the city for a couple of days.

World's Friendliest hotel! We were on the 2nd floor and due to room remodeling on the 3rd floor, which was right above our room, they thought it might be too noisy and that maybe some particles could drop onto our floor so, they upgraded our room and moved all personal belongings with care like it was their own and the upgraded room was an excellent. We couldn't ask for more. We will definitely stay here again.

Saya melawat dengan anak saya. Ia berjarak 5 minit pemanduan dari Gyeongju World. Terdapat restoran Korea dalam jarak berjalan kaki, dan terdapat juga Lotteria Steak Beer. The Law of the Jungle juga berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Untuk harga, ia kelihatan seperti tempat yang bagus untuk menghabiskan satu atau dua hari.

오래된 숙소예요 리조트나 호텔이라고 하긴 좀... 복도에서 담배냄새가 나고 시설이 많이 낡고 수영장은 물반 사람반이었어요 그래도 가성비는 괜찮았어요 금토일 2박 30만원 아이 생일파티 한다고 갔는데 도착해서 보니 아이들에게 좀 미안했는데 아이들은 해맑고 순수해서 수영장이라고 좋아해서 다행이었어요 침구도 깨끗했어요 위치 떨어져있지만 근처에 큰 마트들 있규 보문단지도 드라이브차 가기 괜찮았어요 목욕탕 물은 깨끗하고 시설도 좋았어요 다만 지하층 전체에 곰팡이 냄새로 좀 으스스했어요

Real positives with this business hotel, notably the spacious rooms with fantastic shower and sunken bath. However, the lack of aircon needs to be addressed, as having to leave windows open on the second floor is not great for sound proofing and also poor security. Breakfast was a very disappointing experience, which I believe management can address quickly. Service is professional and courteous. The whole place needs a refurbishment, but it’s comfortable nonetheless.
