The hotel is very stylish - so was our room, which - apart from the 3 not thick futons - only had a small table (to sit on the floor) and a TV. The bathroom is excellent. There was also good western breakfast available. The staff is friendly but speaks little English (which is less of a problem thanks to the translation apps). The Hanok is very well located - very close to the main sights and many restaurants.

I would highly recommend this hotel for the price & cleanliness. The hotel is simple but conveniently located with 7-11 within 50m and several bus stops within 100m. We were lucky to get level 1 room, so we can easily get the hot water from the dispenser and don't need to drag our luggages up the staircase. The room is very clean, so is the toilet. Bed is hard but conformable. The only pity is lack of a shower screen so the bathroom is always wet after shower. They provide daily housekeeping and daily amenities as well. Check in is a bit confusing (only de 4.30pm-12am) and the WiFi is very weak. But overall a simple and good hotel. 👍

너무 편안히 숙박했습니다.
방은 작지만 아늑하고 침대가 폭신하니 꿀잠 잤습니다. 직원분도 친절하시니 잘 고른 숙소입니다.
주변에 대릉원과 황리단길이 가까워서 거의 도보로 움직일 수 있어서 가볍게 산책하는 마음으로 경주를 두루 다녔네요ㅎㅎ 경주는 한 번도 못 가본 사람은 있어도 한 번만 온 사람이 없다는 걸 몸소 경험한 여행이었어요. 좋은 추억에 감사드립니다.

We had a great time here at Hotel Palace. The hotel itself is close to all attractions (walking distance) and also easy to reach by bus.
Other than expected, we could check in earlier than 5pm (which I found pretty late) without charging anything!
Also, all facilities were super clean and the room itself quite big.
As others already mentioned, everyone can use the cafeteria to make ramen, coffee and get water FOR FREE - liked this a lot.
Breakfast was simple but good (toast, jam, peanut butter, Joghurt, fruit) and I think if you come prior to guests taking everything for themselves- there will be enough from everything also for you.
I fully recommend this place- only thing which would be great were big towels for showers.

The hotel is excellent. Large, comfortable room, very clean and organized. The view of the lake is beautiful and the room service is fast. The pools are clean, large and suitable for people of all ages. The gym is very well equipped and you can practically carry out your training routine without missing any equipment. The restaurants are great and serve Western meals. Large and free parking. All employees served us with care and promptness. We intend to return soon!

시설깔끔하고, 침대편하고, 테라스에 테이블 있어서 맥주한잔하기좋았구 테라스창문이 밑에는 유리라서 바다보기 좋았으며 위에는 방충망이라서 파도소리 그대로전달되니 너무좋았다 바다보며 파도소리 들으며 맥주한잔!
바닷가 바로 앞이라 개인적으로 너무 만족한 호텔이었다
다음엔 애들도 델구 가야지^^

PPengguna TetamuThe staff at Bonghwang are very kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable but it smelled like stale cigarette smoke despite that I was told no smoking is allowed in the building. Some stains on the bedding. Otherwise it was quite clean, welcoming, and comfortable place to stay. It's located within walking distance of many delicious places to eat or things to do. The buses are convenient and close by as well. I would definitely stay here again. I didn't make use of the breakfast offered because I traveled with friends who booked their accommodations separately and we walked around in the morning during breakfast hour.

PPengguna TetamuWe received warm and welcoming Korean hospitality on our short stay here. The hosts provided easy directions to find the Hanok, were waiting for us on the street on arrival and offered a run down of how we should best utilise our limited one night stay and provided us with a map and notes on what buses to use to get to the more outlying attractions (10 + 11) The Hanok is very well situated amongst the attractions we wished to see and we walked everywhere in the traditional town. Our room with two single beds was comfortable and warm (electric blanket supplied but not needed although it was a very cold night) We had an ensuite shower & toilet. Yes it’s a traditional home so the walls are thin, but all guests were respectful and kept talking to a whisper. I think like us, everyone had an early night after a full day of sightseeing. There is a kitchen available to use and a lovely traditional tea room. We had a delicious breakfast supplied on the roof deck the next morning before we set off for more sightseeing. Jung the host was kind enough to let us leave our bags there and had called a taxi for us later that day to take us to the train station. He is a well travelled man himself and knows what travellers need. Well worth your consideration when looking for a Hanok stay in this area.

SSS DiscoveryThis was a business trip so the location was perfect for my needs, however it's also very close to Gyeongju World Amusement Park if you staying for leisure. It is worth noting though that this location is just outside of Gyeongju city.
The hotel and room itself were very clean and included most of the basics including a bar fridge with some drinks, instant coffee mixes, tea and cup noodles.
The service itself was great, but the room and bed are not remade each day. However, amenities are replenished daily, such as the removal and replacement of used towels, trash cans and the drinks, coffee, tea and cup noodles.
Overall, a great stay.

Be aware the check in is 10pm - much later than others.
The room itself was fine, very happy and wanted to extend, but the staff member insisted checking out, then coming back at 10pm, even with extension.
When I asked him, he said “it’s not my business”. Terrible attitude. He then tried to charge 20,000 cash for keeping the “free upgrade” I was given. No idea why you give with one hand and take with the other.
Had to complain and argue and even still they refused refund for second day. Took me 3 hours or messaging to get money back. Just avoid. Sadly a great place, location so so but the staff member we dealt with was the worst person I’ve met in Korea.

We arrived, three hours after closing tiime, but the host person waited for us. He greeted us with real Korean kindness and respect. We walked in to a warm and clean room. we absolutely recommend this place and would come again.
The place is a away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the surrounding area is really beautiful. it was really lovely. We understand that some international travelers may not be able to get here easily, we came with a car so it’s great.

Uunknown3慶州高速・市外バスターミナルから近いところにあって、周りに食堂やコンビニがたくさんあるので、とても便利。市内バスの停留所も至近の位置にあり、旧慶州駅がある市街地に行くバスの本数もたくさんあるので、ここに拠点を置いておけば、市街地に泊まることにこだわらなくてもいいかと思う。

PPengguna TetamuMolto nuovo e quindi pulitissimo. Struttura di tre piani posta in una strada laterale rispetto alla direttrice che porta al parco dei tumuli dove fermano tutti i bus. Molto silenzioso. Quindi abbastanza comodo anche se un po' fuori dal centro. Suggerisco di muoversi con i taxi per raggiungere i punti topici in città, che comunque stanno sempre attorno ai 5000 W, per evitare lunghe scarpinate inutili. Camera minuscola come al solito in linea con la classe di sistemazioni, ma immacolata e fornita di tutto. AC, TV, Frigo, wifi in camera, phon. Servizio molto apprezzabile, la disponibilità nella hall comune di macchinetta per caffé in diverse tipologie e come sempre di acqua gelata o bollente per il thè. Dato che al mattino la struttura non è presidiata fino alle 15:00, orario del checkin, la hall dispone di appositi armadi con serratura dove lasciare i bagagli ed and****ne in giro; servizio gratuito molto comodo. Addetto molto gentile. Doppia con letto queen a 32 € a notte. Buona soluzione distante pochi minuti dalla stazione dei bus (in taxi 5700 W). Consigliato.
