酒店設施較新，特色是七八十年代的供銷社風格主打。整體服務可以，位置離建水古城比較近，早餐一般。提幾個需要改進的地方:1.吹風機太老了，吹一會頭髮還沒吹乾就過熱停了，我是男的，女娃不知道會停多少次，家裡用過了圓形的吹風機再來用這個老式吹風機，就像用過了蘋果再用諾基亞的感覺。2.提供洗衣房，衹有洗衣機，卻沒有烘乾機，不知道這是什麼邏輯，讓旅客自己掛外面衣服慢慢幹，不知道猴年馬月。3.被套太厚，一晚上被熱醒幾次。建議酒店多學習一下亞朵酒店的經營理念，經常根據顧客的需求及時進行設施調整，烘乾機和吹風機又值不了幾個錢，但是用着不舒服，卻很影響旅行體驗。這些地方需要改進才行。

酒店位於建水紫陶街附近，位置較佳；因是新開業酒店，裝修簡約大氣，設施很新，卧具嶄新舒適，清潔衞生很好，洗漱用品也不錯。建議再添一個靠椅、一個可摺疊行李架，還有潤膚露！前台接待、客房服務、餐廳服務都非常熱情，有求必應；早餐質量不錯，但品種稍少，其他意見已反饋給餐廳！總體體驗感不錯，我們還續住了一天。好評👍👍

房間大、新，衞生間佈局合理，乾濕分離。而且乾淨衞生。酒店位置不錯，建水站出站坐1**、919路公交車即可到達酒店。酒店離建水小火車站（臨安站）步行5分鐘，同時也進入了建水古城。酒店斜對面沃爾瑪樓上的“雲南菜外婆家”，有特色，價格適中。前台服務熱情，早餐雖簡單，能管飽，就餐環境衞生。

高性價比酒店，強烈推薦！ 距離汽車客運站500米，比較近，可以免費停車（雖然我沒有開車）。 房間佈置合理，很好用。有足夠的空間放置行李箱。有落地穿衣鏡（很多酒店都沒有）。衞生間有化粧鏡（很多酒店和民宿都沒有）。而且衞生間乾濕分區很徹底，洗澡水也很好。 有小度智能音箱，可以音控。 可以自助洗衣，包括烘乾。 早餐肉蛋奶齊全，還有米線、稀飯、包子、蒸餃、燒麥、蛋糕、吐司、水果，蔬菜沙拉，非常豐富。 服務很好，特別是當天入住時發現預訂的房間臨近馬路，而我又是對聲音比較敏感，特別感謝前台張小姐和經理為我免費升級了房間，讓我踏踏實實的睡了一個好覺。現在能提供這種主動性服務的酒店還是不多的。強烈推薦！而且第二天我們走的時候，另一個前台小姐姐還主動讓我們帶上免費瓶裝水可以在路上喝。
