彤彤和蘇比服務好，下次還會來住。 從一進門，前台就非常熱情給我們辦理入住，病並把我們帶到了電梯，房間設計的非常走心，整個房間以桔子為主題，連洗漱用品和牙膏都是橘子味的，床和沙發都非常軟，電視投屏非常方便，這是我住過第一家投屏不要VIP的酒店，衞浴乾濕分離，洗澡很舒服，房間裝修也特別仔細，細節處理的很到位，空調非常暖和，晚上不蓋被子都不冷，放門口的垃圾一會就被收拾掉了，去問樓道的阿姨要水和拖鞋之類的，阿姨非常熱情，點外賣什麼的都是機器人送上來，真的既安全又讓人感到驚奇，而且三樓有洗衣房，餐廳，健身房，真的很全面，最重要的就是服務！還是服務！晚上我們打電話向前台要拖鞋和紙，前台非常熱心地詢問我們需要水嗎，兩瓶夠嗎，還給我們貼心地拿袋子裝好，定製的袋紙子質量也非常好，可以反覆使用多次的那種，走的時候還給我們送了伴手禮，我真的懷疑它為什麼不是五星酒店🥰🥰🥰

凌晨4點到酒店，來之前提前和酒店溝通過如果6點前到了就改簽當晚就入住。可結果6點前到酒店被告知沒房沒卡，於是在大廳從4點坐到了8點多，等有了卡才開了房間休息，發現有乾淨的空房，為什麼不能先讓我進去休息，要等到早上，也沒告知訂單有早餐，所以叫了外賣。因為睡得晚所以睡了一天沒有出房間。 第二天續房了一晚，也將這件事的不滿告訴了前台。經理也出面向我致歉，並且送了華住會金卡表示歉意。 南疆行從喀什一路下來都住的全季酒店，下一站吐魯番也定了全季酒店，目前這次體驗是讓我有些失望的。可能我凌晨到，前台小姐姐也困，沒有變通的處理我的問題，我也理解。好在第二天經理安撫了我的情緒，讓人的心情有了好轉。 希望庫爾勒全季越來越好，做到硬軟件、服務全面品牌化。
