入住體驗感整體還可以，衹是停車不友好。停車場很大，應該是和其他門店共用的，每次出車都需要輸入車牌號，前台沒有主動告知，耽誤了一些時間。房間衞生，枕頭有點高睡着不舒服；早餐中規中矩吧，明檔的姐姐態度很友好，點贊👍建議果切旁邊配上水果叉就更好了。

Second time I’ve stayed here. Nice location and amenities. I stayed here this time while cycling from Xuzhou to Qingdao. Has a laundry room which was nice as my clothes were pretty muddy. Was able to take my bike up into my room.

I stayed at Linyi Yihe Hotel (Jinjiang) / 临沂大剧院沂河宾馆（锦江） from 22–25 January, and I honestly left thinking, “Yes, this is how a hotel should be run.” First impressions were strong: the lobby felt fresh and well-kept, and check-in was quick with staff who were polite without being overly formal. The room was spotless and thoughtfully set up for an easy, comfortable stay. The bed was genuinely good, the shower felt new and powerful, and little details like the heated smart toilet made winter mornings far less grim than usual.  What I appreciated most was how practical everything was. There’s a self-service laundry room and a gym, which is a real bonus on a short trip, and even takeaway deliveries are handled smoothly with a delivery robot, so you don’t end up hovering around reception.  Despite being near the Grand Theatre and a main road, the room stayed pleasantly quiet at night, so sleep wasn’t an issue.  Breakfast was a solid buffet, not flashy, but reliable and well-managed, with staff keeping things topped up.  Overall, it felt clean, calm, and competently staffed—excellent value for money, and I’d happily book it again.

The hotel is extremely luxurious and designed beautifully. But the service is TERRİBLE. No one speaks english… there is no food available for room service. İ wanted to drink a beer and they told me to go to the supermarket. İ wanted to order room service after 20.30 they told me no english and hung up on my face. After 10 mins 2 people came to my room telling me they dont have room service, after 20.30 even though the menu said 24 hours. The next day i tried to order at 16.00 and they told me it starts at 18.30… the design and the quality of the hotel is maybe the best ive seen in my life but the service is 0/10 … no cola to drink no food to eat .. i would not reccomend if you want to spend a lot of time in it.

I was there 8 nights for a work trip. Overall was ok an pleasant, room was good size and comfortable, but cleaning was inconsistent, one day they would do everything, but forget to put toilet paper, another day they wouldn't change flip flops, every day I was coming from work, something was different from the other day, My other issue was, the software program that controls the lighting automation of the room was buggy. it would short circuit, light switches sometimes controlled random area, I touched the aircon once with my hand that I recently applied cream on, it short circuited and another light when on! one night in the middle of the night the toilet lights automatically went on (not creepy at all!) and the ”do not disturb button sometimes would remain latched on as hard as you try to get it off, meant that I couldn't get my room cleaned one day. when I explained this to them, they sent somebody upstairs to check. and at that time, it behaved normal, so they didn't do anything about it. I wasn't too demanding and insisting either, as I was hardly at the hotel anyway. Here is a photo of the view from my window which I found oddly charming.

Staff very friendly and fast service Room is very clean and Well maintained. They make you feel comfortable in the hotel. ***But there are few negativity they must work on*** As usual NO ENGLISH speakers amongst the staff. Breakfast multi options and many dishes but I didn't eat anything apart from eggs and bread because not foreigner friendly style (more Chinese culture) as simple thing not there like cheese, beans, hashbrown etc. Every thing in the room from water to alcohol to snacks and bath bag all PRICES with labels 🏷 ( looked very cheap for the hotel name) made me feel in a shopping room not a hotel room! Gym was VERY untidy as all weights and equipment laying all round the place (against heath and safety). Swimming pool was shocking as the smell was very bad and unclean around the entrance, life guard was wearing normal clothes and I didn't realise him until seen him walking up and down the pool! Over all was very nice but I hope they take the feedback on and fix the issues as it is good hotel and good staff 👍. Swimming pool and the gym made me give 3 stars for cleanliness!!!

這個酒店停車免費，並且很方便，有慢充樁。服務人員態度很好，處理事情快速，與用户溝通順暢，對於用户提出的要求，設身處地着想，處理的很好。 房間面積不是很大，但是乾淨衞生，床品比較舒服， 洗澡水量較大，很舒服。早餐很豐富， 品種比較多，口味很不錯。綜合來看，性價比很好，下次來臨沂還會入住。

AThe front desk staff were so friendly and professional, always happy to help with a smile. We were traveling with our kids, and everyone was really warm and welcoming to them. The kids loved staying here, and that alone made our trip feel extra special. One thing that really stuck with me is how nice the whole hotel smells — from the lobby to the hallways and even the rooms. It just makes the whole place feel so cozy and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, modern, and had everything we needed. Everything felt fresh, clean, and well taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better family stay. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel.

probably best hotel in the local. Excellent complimentary breakfast in Chinese style, excellent swimming pool for families！very close to a local market (around 5 min walking ) - great to learn about local culture. something that needs to be improved: 1) some guests are smoking inside the hotel including lobby and restaurant - my family is sensitive to the smell but no other choices. A common problem very challenging for all hotels in China. 2) a side table between two beds has very sharp corners - when kids play around it, may get hurt 3) hotel may not offer match in the hotel - it is kind of encouraging people smoking inside the room 4) there is sign reading “ no smoking in the bed”. It indicates that it is ok to smoke as long as not in the bed. 5) breakfast is great during weekdays and “restricted supply” during weekends when a big tour group is there. 6） first time I know, a 4-star hotel does not have air conditioning (AC) in May, even it is 30 Celsius outside. This hotel will open AC probably in June.

First choice of Indian customers I can say . This hotel itself having Indian restaurent . The rooms are big like you can play indoor cricket Very nice staff at reception and very. Cooperative. If next time I come linyi I am going to stay here again Thanks
