先説好的：房間夠大；智能加熱馬桶（冬天很需要）；空調製熱很快；早餐不錯；停車場很大 不好的：無用的擺設傢俱太多，很大的房間只有一小塊掛衣服的地方，剩下的大片區域以為是衣櫃，結果打不開，就是個擺設；沒有大的桌子，也沒有放置行李箱的櫃子或條凳；沒有擦手小方巾；下水道反味十分嚴重；最後要説下浴室玻璃牆霧化的按鈕…也太隱蔽了，密室逃脱找個按鈕也不過如此了。 但不管怎麼樣，對於一個非一二線城市的酒店，已經可以了～

多次入住維也納，服務品質高效一流。對商務服務也很耐心細緻。生活洗衣設施，健身設施齊全。 房間環境乾淨整潔 無煙房適合對煙味敏感的人入住。 餐廳早午餐都很豐盛。敢上舉辦青少年排球賽的運動員入住。吃的夠營養，夠多樣。 地處西站旁 出行太方便了。發車前20分鐘溜達過去正好。 進城叫出租車也十分方便。

酒店位置很好找，環境也安靜，晚上休息的很舒服，房間衞生打掃的也是一塵不染，別的酒店掀開床單還有頭髮，這裏麪一根都沒有，雖然説這是最基礎的衞生條件，但是能達到的很少，還有專門車接車送服務，臨走時還特意問我去哪個車站，有專車送我，環境衞生服務都是我見過最好的了

衞生整體還不錯，就是面盆活塞口周邊要做清潔洗臉一看就是黃漬牙刷頭一刷就可以清潔的，住的時候還有一間沒打掃好,打掃好時進去馬桶坐墊中間部位還有一點尿漬未清理拖把拖過的地不好聞尿騷味和死氣味摻雜，建議每間要用熱水洗拖布，再拖地要改善很多！ 機器人送來了水果和冰箱飲料免費很驚喜，繼續加油吧，以後來漯河還會選擇這邊的😊
