和同事經常在這邊出差 發現這邊新開了一個酒店 就來這邊住着試試看 結果這酒店拉滿了我的期待值 酒店的衞生和環境服務真的沒話説 住着很放心舒適 而且網速挺快的 辦公起來很方便 普票和專票都能開 房間也很隔音 一點都不吵 設施一應俱全 洗衣房烘乾機熨燙機還有健身房都能免費使用，連洗衣液 柔順劑這些都免費提供 滿分

因為價格實在太便宜，要求不能太多。先説下滿意的地方：前台辦理快，有小童的話也會主動給洗漱用品。早餐還可以。有歡迎水果，也送了小風扇，很貼心。免費洗衣服＋烘乾，管家微信隨時聯繫等。 可以改進的地方，車位可以劃線下，停得有點亂，也沒有人管理。洗衣房洗衣液很難找，我記得亞朵還是哪家，會有分類好擺在枱子上。另外，在洗衣房被蚊子叮了好幾下。 總之，呆下來總體來説，還是挺滿意。

這次入住麓楓酒店的體驗真的很不錯，必須認真寫個好評。 剛走進大堂的時候就感覺環境很舒服，裝修簡約大氣，沒有那種商業酒店冷冰冰的感覺。前台工作人員服務熱情，辦理入住效率很高，還會耐心解答問題，讓人第一印象特別好。 進入房間後最滿意的就是衞生，床鋪整潔、地面乾淨，衞生間也沒有任何異味。房間裏的燈光設計很有氛圍感，晚上躺在床上休息特別放鬆。床墊軟硬適中，睡眠質量比平時都好了不少，一覺睡到天亮。 讓我覺得特別驚喜的是房間裏的智能音箱功能。連接手機後就可以直接播放自己喜歡的音樂，不管是在房間休息、辦公，還是洗澡的時候都能一邊聽歌一邊放鬆，氛圍感直接拉滿。尤其是忙碌一天回到酒店後，放着喜歡的音樂洗個熱水澡，真的會讓人感覺特別解壓。這種細節上的配置雖然不算特別顯眼，但實際體驗下來確實能提升整個入住的舒適度。 酒店很多細節也做得很貼心，從洗漱用品到房間配置都能看出品質感。網絡穩定，空調效果很好，隔音也不錯，整個入住過程都非常舒適。 對於經常出行的人來説，找到一家乾淨、安靜、服務好的酒店並不容易，而麓楓酒店確實給了我一種“下次還會再來”的感覺。無論是商務出行還是週末短住，都很值得推薦。 感謝酒店工作人員的熱情服務，希望以後還能保持這樣的品質，祝生意越來越好！

Our family of five (three kids) stayed at Sky Island for three days, and we were absolutely blown away. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us with everything. The resort is huge — so many activities and things to do that we didn’t even have time to try everything they offered. We spent a lot of time in the hot springs, and it was such a great way to relax and recharge. The service there was top-notch, and it felt very private and peaceful. We also had dinner at the Chinese restaurant, and it was amazing — the presentation, the taste, the service, everything was high quality. Our two-story room was super cozy, spacious, clean, and had no weird smells (which we really appreciated). We will definitely come back again — not just once — and we’ll bring our friends with us next time!

I am first time to staying in this hotel, it has great location and staff. The room with back yard give great pleasure.

Very nice and clean hotel in the middle of shopping and eating area. Smart room with voice control for most of the appliances including the curtains. Nice breakfast provided. One thing to improve is to have fridge in the room.

去應城泡温泉又想吃安陸的燒烤就在安陸住了一晚上，很老牌的酒店，在市中心，去吃燒烤嗦粉都很方便，停車也很方便，去年過年去隨州泡温泉也是在安陸住了一晚，沒住在市中心，每餐吃飯被堵到崩潰，所以這次選了這邊，這個價錢也沒什麼可挑剔的，但下次去應該不會再住這邊了，衞浴區和房間沒有隔檔真的有點難以接受

Excellent hotel! We had a nice room with lots of high tech gadgets.The room was very luxurious and clean but most of all the staff is very friendly and caring. The service they gave us was so much better than what we experience in Europe!

這次入住體驗很好，剛到酒店停車就很方便，門口就是很大一片的停車場，停好車直接進門辦入住，酒店房間也很大，入住很舒適，衣架也給的很貼心，還帶有褲夾，辦公桌旁邊還貼心的配了插座和綠植，洗手間也是乾濕分離的，窗簾也是雙層的，保護私隱的同時還不遮擋陽光，避免房間太暗，值得推薦

酒店環境很不錯，房間很大床很舒服，房間採光也很好，交通方便，停車也很方便！值得推薦入住燕子態度很好超讚
