趁着秋末冬初，和老公來鎮江玩一下。住宿，自然是首選亞朵酒店啦！我最喜歡的。 在長江路上的這家亞朵是今年新開業的，離鎮江站不遠。進門，來到大堂，就感覺整潔大氣。一邊是前台，一直有工作人員在裏面，隨時為住客提供服務。另一邊是書櫃、沙發，還有一小片區域擺放着亞朵星球的各種床品。 這裏的工作人員服務態度也非常好，有求必應。有什麼要求，隨時都可以和他們溝通。特別是吉吉，小美女，服務態度親切，反應也靈敏。 房間面積也不算小，乾淨整潔。出熱水的速度非常快，差不多三秒鐘，水就變熱了，淋浴房的面積也比較寬敞。而且衞生間，特別是淋浴房的地磚是防滑的，特別好。 亞朵的床品和他們的服務一樣，真的讓人舒服，提升睡眠質量，睡得特別香。 會一直支持亞朵酒店。

過年出來遊玩，房間寬敞乾淨，婷婷給我們送了小禮物，還給我們房間送了早餐，早餐很豐盛，麪特別好吃😋酒店服務人員都很熱情，新年氣氛很不錯！ 過年性價比超高，雖然位置有點偏但附近還是蠻熱鬧的，吃飯選擇很多，去各個景點半小時之內均可到達。而且鎮江停車真的很友好，及時過年期間也都找的到車位，停車場停滿會有指引讓挺馬路邊上免費停車，沒有罰單，停車也就衹收五塊錢。 住這裏還是不錯的選擇，下次還會選擇這裏的😊

優點：1.酒店坐落在西津渡景區150米左右的地方，酒店和西津渡景區的中間是鎮江博物館，地理位置絕佳。適合戴孩子住的酒店。2.酒店門口有停車位，如果停滿了有專門的停車場免費停放，就在西津渡景區馬路斜對面，還是比較方便的。3.房間整體比較乾淨，這一點還是比較滿意的。因為帶孩子和長者住，乾淨衞生很重要。但是晚上睡覺，被子接觸皮膚部分還是會有點癢，被子乾淨程度還要進一步加強。4.床很寬，被子很大，適合兩個大人戴一個小孩一起睡。5.房子建築是民國風，很有感覺，據説裏面的小洋樓蔣介石和宋美齡曾經住過。 缺點：1.這個酒店最大的問題就是服務不到位。首先，定好酒店以後沒有工作人員會與顧客提前聯繫，告知注意事項。本人車輛開到樓下沒有停車位，車輛停在馬路邊又上樓去問前台車停哪裡。2.前台向顧客講解訊息不全，比如未告知我們每個房間撥打前台電話不是按“前台”那個按鈕，而是按9才能撥通前台電話。3.其他酒店撥打前台電話都是秒接，而這家酒店經常沒人接電話，不知道前台在忙啥。4.酒店九點半後在大堂明明提供夜宵，前台不會主動和你説，只是樹立了一塊牌子，顧客看到看不到和他們也沒有關係。5.前台工作人員總是忙不過來的感覺，不知是他們人手不夠還是業務太不熟練。6.伴手禮感覺不用心，一個蛇的掛件和一瓶罐裝可樂再加點旺旺的糖，很廉價的感覺。 總體，酒店的地理位置，衞生，環境都是比較滿意的，真心希望能加強工作人員的培訓，應該告訴顧客的內容請大大方方地告訴顧客，服務提升永遠是商業興旺的根本！

位置有點偏，晚上到的，周邊沒有什麼住户，住這裏適合自駕，外出離公交站比較遠，距離萬達和蘇寧都是3公里，酒店服務員推薦去蘇寧還是不錯的，就是那裡停車不方便，酒店的環境不錯，有一座小山，山上是以前竹林，有步道可以上山，對面就是南山公園，去西津渡和北固山開車停車不方便，房間還可以，就是衞生間有點小，如果高個子在裡邊顯得有點侷促，但是價格實惠，以前這裏應該是挺不錯的。

Wwinter房間還算可以，進門是洗漱更衣空間。廁所有股味道，可能通風的問題。兩張床都比較大，床的軟硬度適中。房間臨街，對面就是“春順和”。可能因為過年，樓下的商店一直唱歌到半夜十一點鐘，太熱鬧了。酒店位置優越，西津渡隨時逛，但也因此，停車很不方便。根據酒店提示的免費停車場根本沒有空位，從下午到晚上7:30都沒有。一開始衹能停很遠，晚上為放行李和保安商量才把車停在酒店邊上。但服務員説這個地方不建議停，可能會抄牌。又跑到可以停車的路上，依然沒有車位，放棄。酒店服務態度非常好，彌補了不能順利停車的缺憾。

PPengguna TetamuAll good except the room service, which I was forced to use, as I had to work late from my room. Ordering was not at all simple (having not spotted the QR code notice on the fridge work top. But response was swift, so too was delivery of the order. However, the ”Ceasar Salad” was sorrowful! Lettuce leaves awash in some sort of watery white fluid, with no discernable taste, some croutons and a few pieces of dried bacon. Especially disappointing given how lovely the fruit and vegetables are most of the time in China. Main course ”Lemon and Herb Chicken” should have been listed as ”Lemon and Herb Skin and Bones”!!! There was virtually NO actual chicken meat. Roated tomatoes and asparagus were lovely, Dessert was uninspiring, but compared to the salad and main course for sure the best course. The Wine? Completely undrinkable. Opened, poured a small amount to taste, spoilt. It happens, sadly! Would be a good idea to open the wine to test before serving

PPengguna Tanpa Nama首先説一下，服務人員的服務態度還是很不錯的，有問題都能儘量幫忙解決，所以入住體驗還行。不過對比這價格，真心覺得有點不值。 我想吐槽，這家店請的設計師及裝修隊肯定是非專業的，有點太過離譜。 1. 房間設計，一進門，一側是洗臉盆，另一側是一間衞生間和一間浴室，乾濕分離的設計沒問題，但你浴室就是個純純的淋浴房設計，連放換洗衣服的地方都沒有?搞什麼鬼，讓人每次光着進去洗，洗完再光着出來?這得是多***的設計師才幹得出來的事啊。 2. 床頭立柱裏面是隔壁房的水管，緊貼床頭還一點沒做隔音處理，半夜隔壁一用水，我們這邊就水聲＂嘩嘩＂響，睡眠淺的人每次都被吵醒。這鍋不曉得是設計師的還是裝修隊偷工減料把隔音措施給漏了。 3. 三人間裏配個麻將桌，也是很神奇的腦回路，三缺一嗎? 4. 電梯兩部只有一部能用，能用的那部，開門也是每次雜音很大，應該是有輕微幹涉，每次開門都是硬磨。 至於早餐，中西都有，品種不多，但吃飽沒問題。 最後想説的是，這名字真的不是碰瓷維也納嗎?反正我一直以為自己訂的是＂維也納＂連鎖酒店，直到出行前一晚用導航查路線時才發現自己訂的是＂維多納＂。。。

I had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. Housekeeping is great, and I found the entire hotel and my room in particular very clean. Connecting to WiFi is completely seamless and without hassles. The surrounding location is great with supermarkets within five-minute walk. The metro station is just 5-minute drive to the hotel. A worthwhile stay experience.

TTomoko M 0926Members of staff at the hotel, including receptionists, are very nice and friendly, welcoming my arrival, greetings 'Hello' every time with big smile on their face. My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. HOWEVER, there is only one small problem. When you book a room, please check very carefully if the room you are booking has a window or not. On the Trip.com site, it says; 'Has a window' 'Partially has a window' 'A fixed window' or something like this. Not only see some photos of the rooms on the website, but also carefully check if the room you are booking surely has a window or not. When I checked-in, I was told that my room had NO window. It was O.K. if you were in your room only to sleep, because the room is large enough, clean enough and comfortable enough. Nothing is wrong with the room itself at all. However, I found on the following morning that I could not see how the weather was like until I actually went outside, because I could not see outside from the window.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe location of the hotel is excellent! Walking distance from the train station and many restaurants and stores in the area. The breakfast was really delicious and the variety was a good balance between western and Chinese. The rooms were a little small considering the price, but they were very clean. There was a problem with the AC system, because the settings could not be changed from heat, and we were getting extremely hot. The bed was so comfortable. It made us want to sleep so long. The front desk clerk was not very friendly or welcoming. He kept coughing and therefore was a bit hasty to check us in. Overall, I would say the stay was enjoyable purely for a few amenities, and I would recommend the hotel, but not for a long stay.

CChrisUniquely designed, feels very western. Staff was great and had advanced knowledge of English. Beds were so comfy. Lots of shops and restaurants south of the building. Wifi was fast. Windows we’re big. Only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast hawker outside of the lobby. It was so loud and violent that I thought it was a demonstration lol. I have the feeling that this is a daily occurrence so if you don’t want to hear yelling and banging pans for an hour every morning request a room on the east side. Even still, this place is fantastic and I recommend it
