這是一個精品酒店，衹有5套房間，小的70多平米，大的100多平米，價錢較貴，但我們入住期間都住滿了。
酒店在一個很有設計感的層層疊疊的園林內，每套房間外面都有綠色的小景。房間內有客廳、餐廳、睡房、盥洗間、廁所、大池子温泉，淋浴間和桑拿間，還有兩個小平台。酒吧裏的酒，小食，冰激凌等都是免費的。還有一小時的免費spa。
早餐在自己的餐廳裏，我們住了兩晚，第一頓晚餐在自己的餐廳用餐，第二晚在酒店的不對外營業的獨家餐廳用餐，日本廚師衹為我們夫婦服務。我們有絕對的私人空間，不會遇到酒店的其他客人。
我們入住時酒店剛開業3個月，還在磨合期，但可以感到工作人員都很敬業，希望提供最好的服務。我們的客户經理兼管家Eliena非常周到，隨叫隨到，英文溝通也沒問題。
問題：1. 房間設計需要考慮客户的安全。如睡房的床在一個半尺高的平台上，雖然有地燈，但夜裡起來容易一腳踏空。另，睡房至温泉、洗浴等areas要下三階台階，台階是水泥灰色的，雖然不高，但也容易被忽視。2. 雖然有玻璃隔門，但夜裡温泉流水及温泉相關設備比較響，第一夜很不習慣，較難入睡。有睡眠問題的住客可以和酒店協商夜裡將温泉關掉，就不流水了。

갈갈비집사장후쿠오카 여행중 가장 기억에 남는 숙소, 송영서비스, 프라이빗 온천 최고, 가이세키 설명 해주시니 알고먹는 느낌이 들었어요. 야식 먹을분들은 주변 편의점은 없으니 사서 들고가셔야 합니다. 직원분들이 엄청 친절하셔서 편했습니다.

HHugo Pierre RaymondGreat hospitality experience from booking until our way back from Yufuin train station. The staff service was 5-star. The hotel is located in the main touristic area but as soon as you step behind the curtain, it is calm and lovely. The room was sparkling clean, with great amenities and comfort. The public/private baths were also great, very clean and no reservation needed. Special mention to the restaurant recommendation, a great dinner spot recommended nearby the hotel.
Strongly recommend to anyone willing to stay in Yufuin.

SSerena_세레나교토에서 료칸에 매력에 빠져 가성비 및 접근성 좋은 곳으로 알아보고 있었습니다! 기린코 호수 근처라서 유후인 거리랑 가까운 숙소에요 위치마져 완벽합니다! 버스터미널 및 유후인역에서는 10-15분정도 걸어갔습니다. 전 혼자이다보나 특가가 뜨다보니 싸게 다녀왔는데요 가족단위로 오시는 분들이 많아보였고 예약을 하지 않아 전세탕 이용하기가 애매한 16:30분에 이용했는데요 애초에 유후인에 2박이였고 마지막 날이라 체크인 시간에 바로 가서 숙소에서만 보낸 하루였습니다. 전세탕 즐기고 대욕탕까지 즐겻는데요 너무 좋았습니다! 12월 9/10일인데 밖에서 씻는게 춥지는 않았어요(온천의 열기일수도 있지만 개인차가 있습니다.)
아침에도 전세탕을 즐길 수 있지만 아침도 전 대욕탕으로 마무리했습니다! 가이세키 및 조식은 매우 훌륭 했습니다!
부모님 모시고 오면 더 좋을거 같다는 생각도 했어요
한국인 직원분인지 모르겟으나 한국어 하실 줄 아시는 분이 있어서 너무 편하게 다녀왔습니다!!

KKWThe both the indoor and outdoor onsens for the ladies were superb, not sure about the men’s, but there’re two outdoor onsens for guys.
Location is quite easy to find if you’re driving, might need to take a taxi otherwise as it’s not walkable.
Food was just ok, but the staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

AACNFOur ryokanl booking came with sukiyaki dinner and breakfast. We enjoyed the dinner very much but had to skip the breakfast due to our tight schedule. The ryokan had a cosy atmosphere, almost as if like we were staying at a good friend's house. There were a few cute and friendly cats which were mostly hanging around the courtyard and reception area. Nice onsen private onsen baths.
Wished that the ryokan had provided luggage stands for us to put our luggages instead of us having to place our luggages on the floor and on the sofa.

If you're looking for a budget-friendly hostel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to be. The owner couple is incredibly friendly and makes you feel at home right away. I was greeted by a new roommate and the owner even took us on a night tour to Kinrin Lake and Floral Village, which was such a lovely surprise. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, and the couple’s romantic gesture of singing a beautiful thank-you song before you leave just adds a special touch. Their voices are stunning, and it truly makes you want to return

PPengguna TetamuLocation - A bit far away from the Yufuin JR station, driving is recommended. Within walking distance of Kinrinko and Stained Glass Museum is a plus.
Cleanliness - Clean room and common bath area.
Service - Per booking confirmation check-in time is 1500-1900. Front desk staff was already gone when I arrived at around 1815. Took longer then expected for doing self check-in as the reservation number I have is different from what it is in the system, and the staff over phone barely speaks English so I have to use my broken Japanese to communicate.
Facilities - Cannot ask for more for such a price. Free bicycle rental service is great for non-driving guess to travel around Yufuin.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe accommodation is beautiful, the surrounding atmosphere is good, and there is an onsen hot spring to soak in. The food is delicious. **But what I am not very impressed with is the control of other service providers. Mostly, 99% on the day I stayed were Koreans who were not very polite. They did not know even the etiquette and rules of using the public hot spring. I am not sure if the owner of the accommodation has informed the rules of using the hot spring, which is something I cannot accept. They were loud, threw the earbuds on the floor, and were not orderly. They also wore shoes in the common area of the dressing room in the hot spring. I was very disappointed. It was a rather disappointing vacation, even though it should have been a good day for me. I lost the mood to soak in the atmosphere. I did not even have the heart to take pictures of the atmosphere with the accommodation.
