Location - A bit far away from the Yufuin JR station, driving is recommended. Within walking distance of Kinrinko and Stained Glass Museum is a plus.
Cleanliness - Clean room and common bath area.
Service - Per booking confirmation check-in time is 1500-1900. Front desk staff was already gone when I arrived at around 1815. Took longer then expected for doing self check-in as the reservation number I have is different from what it is in the system, and the staff over phone barely speaks English so I have to use my broken Japanese to communicate.
Facilities - Cannot ask for more for such a price. Free bicycle rental service is great for non-driving guess to travel around Yufuin.

급하게 예약하느라 걱정했지만 막상 와보니 너무너무너무 좋았어요
유후인 료칸은 전에 한 번 와봤기에 이번에도 비슷하겠거니 했는데 와.. 여기는 너무 좋더라고요
솔직히 말하면 일본에서 가본 숙소 중 최고였어요
건물 자체가 대저택같고 내부도 옛날처럼 꾸며놔서 그런지 분위기있고 뒤쪽의 숲과 너무 잘 어울렸어요
방 내부도 생각보다 넓고 화장실도 매우 깨끗!
온천은 공용이 있고 프라이빗이 있었습니다
프라이빗은 체크인을 할 때 하루 40분 사용시간을 예약할 수 있습니다
공용온천은 실내 1개 실외 2개로 넓었고 사람도 적어 편하게 이용했습니다
프라이빗은 말할 것도 없이 좋았고요.
저는 이틀 묵어 석식 2번 조식 2번 먹었는데 코스처럼 나오고 음식이 웬만한 맛집 뺨치게 너~~~무 맛있었어요
메뉴는 하루마다 조금씩 바꿔나가는 것 같았습니다
호텔 음식을 먹고 시내로 나가 밥을 먹는데 호텔 음식이 그리울 정도였습니다
직원분들은 너무 친절하셔서 제가 당황했을 정도였고
외출할 때마다 택시를 불러드릴까요? 하며 물어보셨습니다
무엇보다 저희는 쇼파에 앉아있었는데 체크아웃 얘기를 바닥에 무릎을 꿇고 하셔서 정말 얼마나 놀랐는지..
무슨 재벌3세 아가씨가 된 기분이었습니다
영어 잘 알아들으시고 소통이 어려워진다 싶으면 번역기 사용 완벽하게 해주십니다
혹시 호텔 예약하신다면 짐 놔두고 시내 나갈 때에는 걸어가시는 걸 추천드릴게요
한적한 시골이라 그런가 길도 예쁘고 좋았어요
뚱냥이 몇마리도 근처에서 튀어나와 애교부리고 좋았습니다 ㅎㅎ
공기도 너무 좋고 그냥 저는 다녀본 여행 중 제일 좋은 곳이었습니다
리뷰도 적고 방도 남아 우려되는 부분이 있더라도 저를 믿고.. 눈 딱 한번 감고 예약하십시오..,, 정말 놓치면 후회할 호텔입니다
단 하나 아쉬운 점은 픽업 서비스가 없다는 것 정도?
그런데 막상 가보시면 단점이라고 느껴지지도 않을 정도로 좋습니다

房間很舊，浴室及廁所是分開的，而且浴室沒有鏡，浴室及廁所入門口很高，要用一個踏板才能入，溫泉設在地下，衛生還可以，要預約及只有一小時浸泡，店家服務態度很好，因沒有電梯，店家幇手把行李搬上三樓，退房時，也有幇忙把行李搬下來，還站在門口親自送客人離開，服務態度非常好。早上起來看到週邊風景不錯，後面就是一座大山及農田，空氣清新，非常舒服。

一泊二食的好地方😬 女主人很熱情招待，晚餐燒牛肉非常美味，我們不懂日語但她仍然很有耐性利用翻譯工具解釋牛肉不同部分，以確保客人選擇所需部位，例如和牛有分肥跟瘦等。這裡有個戶外及私人露天風呂，很適合家庭客人。而且門外就有停車位置，非常方便。十分推薦👍

Owner is extremely friendly and helpful. He offered to send us to the train station in check out day as we couldn't get any taxi. Yummy dinner with organic chicken, breakfast was healthy with salad, soup and egg.
It was really enjoyable. Highly enjoyed!!

まず温泉最高。画像以上に浴室は広く、大人2人がゆったり入れる湯舟でリラックス出来ました。
焼き肉は室内禁止なので備え付けのホットプレートで庭BBQ、これも意外とオツでした。
盆休みだったからかもですが、近くの〇コープのお肉もお寿司も上質で美味しかったです。
タオル・アメニティ・ドライヤー・お皿や調理器具・布巾にキッチンペーパー、洗濯機まで揃っていましたが、調味料と浴衣はないので持参しましょう。
敢えて難癖をつけるならば、外階段を上がって2階が玄関とリビングと和室とWC、そこから階段を下りて温泉と主寝室と和室・WCという作りなので、車いすの方は厳しいかもしれません。ただ、階段は急ではなく、手すりもしっかりしているので、手すりを持って階段を上り下りできる人（＝私）は大丈夫かと。
そして何よりも管理人さんのお人柄が◎ 予約後何度か電話連絡させていただきましたが、本当に親切丁寧でした。この場をお借りしまして誠にありがとうございました。

갈갈비집사장후쿠오카 여행중 가장 기억에 남는 숙소, 송영서비스, 프라이빗 온천 최고, 가이세키 설명 해주시니 알고먹는 느낌이 들었어요. 야식 먹을분들은 주변 편의점은 없으니 사서 들고가셔야 합니다. 직원분들이 엄청 친절하셔서 편했습니다.

KKWThe both the indoor and outdoor onsens for the ladies were superb, not sure about the men’s, but there’re two outdoor onsens for guys.
Location is quite easy to find if you’re driving, might need to take a taxi otherwise as it’s not walkable.
Food was just ok, but the staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

AACNFOur ryokanl booking came with sukiyaki dinner and breakfast. We enjoyed the dinner very much but had to skip the breakfast due to our tight schedule. The ryokan had a cosy atmosphere, almost as if like we were staying at a good friend's house. There were a few cute and friendly cats which were mostly hanging around the courtyard and reception area. Nice onsen private onsen baths.
Wished that the ryokan had provided luggage stands for us to put our luggages instead of us having to place our luggages on the floor and on the sofa.

SSilverGeckoWe chose this gorgeous Ryokan because after backpacking in Japan for a month we felt like a treat to end our trip. It was a beautiful place to reflect upon our adventures. We hired a car so that we could explore the region and go into town when ever we wanted to (it’s located approximately 3km out of town up a hill). We bought a bottle of wine and snacks in the local supermarket and enjoyed a glass each evening in the garden. Sadly we were unable to experience their restaurant as they had not seen our email requesting this; however we found a some cute restaurants and cafes ate there instead. The hot springs really were 🥵 but great for our aches. Highly recommend as a beautiful private place to reconnect with your loved ones. It would be an amazing place for a wedding as everyone would be together and the gardens are so tranquil.

If you're looking for a budget-friendly hostel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to be. The owner couple is incredibly friendly and makes you feel at home right away. I was greeted by a new roommate and the owner even took us on a night tour to Kinrin Lake and Floral Village, which was such a lovely surprise. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, and the couple’s romantic gesture of singing a beautiful thank-you song before you leave just adds a special touch. Their voices are stunning, and it truly makes you want to return

그리고 주인 분이 친절하셨고, 영어로 소통 가능해서 잘 안내 받았어요!
무엇보다 온천 때문에 간 것이었는데 “아이”가 포함되어야지만 가족탕이 이용 가능하다고 하더라구요..! 저희는 조건에 안맞아서 가족탕은 이용하지 못하고 대중탕을 이용했는데 대중탕도 료칸 이용객들만 쓰는 곳이다 보니 이틀 동안 저희 가족끼리 거의 프라이빗하게 이용해서 만족했어요 ㅎㅎ 특히 80대 할머니를 모시고 갔는데 정말 좋아하셨습니다!
조식 신청을 했는데 8시/8시 30분 중 원하는 시간 선택 가능하고, 정말 정갈하고 깔끔한 일본식 가정식이 나왔습니다! 이틀 동안 묵었는데 반찬 종류나 음료 종류가 달라져서 만족스러웠어요 ㅎㅎ 위생도 철저하게 신경써주시는 것 같고, 대접받는 기분이 들어 정말 좋았던 숙소입니다
다음에 유후인에 가면 또 묵고싶은 숙소에요! ☺️

MmummywandersThe hotel is slightly over 1km from Kirin Lake and the shopping lane but it offers free bikes for use by guests and cycling to the attractions is a breeze from the hotel. In addition, the hotel offers booking for three of their onsen amenities - open air, semi open air and we xtra hot osen. Guest can book the preferred slot at one of the onsen location and by about 8pm, the hotel will allow guests to book any additional slots at any of their onsens. We managed to have slots for all three of the onsens, each was well maintained and provides you to have privacy of quiet onsens. There is a hotel lounge where you can have free flow of cold and old drinks too...

PPengguna Tetamu溫泉旅館服務員服務非常細心，到達旅館後在服務員帶領到入住的房間，服務員詳細講解旅館設施，包括戶外溫泉的開放時間、用膳安排等。負責接待我們的服務員阿Bob，她的英語非常流利，而且安排細心、笑容親切，讓人感到非常放鬆、自然。這𥚃的服務員有懂得普通話，在交流上無障礙。今次我訂的房間是附有獨立風呂，半露天的，可看到戶外境色，水質及溫度非常棒，感覺非常好。我除了享用房間的風呂，也浸了旅館的公用溫泉，有一個戶外及一個室內，有時間限制的，風呂雖然不是太大，各自可容納6個人，但我浸的時間沒有人，可能大家都在享受房內的風呂吧。不過我建議大家訂有附設獨立風呂的房間，因為任何時間都可浸溫泉。這𥚃房間不多，私人度高，可以享受一份寧靜的氛圍。我訂的是一泊二食，這𥚃膳食以魚為主，晚餐除了有魚生還有烤魚，喜歡吃魚的朋友就不要錯過了。
