PPengguna TetamuAmazing aparthotel. We stayed one night in studio and couldnt fault place at all. Hotel in old town Riga and few minutes walk to Christmas market. Apartment was spotless clean and had everything (and more) that needed (even dishwasher). Stafff is very lovely and helpfull and spoke Latvian, English and Russian. Would highly recomnend hotel and would definetely stay again.

CColinBeautifully restored heritage building in the center of old Riga. The classic feature of the original architecture have been preserved and complimented with a modern interior design with clean Nordic style. Rooms have a foldout sofa bed, great for families. Breakfast is simple but high quality ingredients and attentive staff. Recommend the fresh croissants and salmon and raspberry smoothies. Location in center of old town on a charming street just close enough to great restaurants and bars but quiet enough to get a good sleep.

DDennisWir haben das Hotel gebucht, da die Bilder sehr gut gemacht sind und das Hotel Zentral liegt. Wir haben ein besonderes Ereignis gefeiert und wollten auch ein besonderes Hotel. Leider sieht man diesem Hotel vor Ort das Alter total an. Der Boden im Zimmer quietscht und das Zimmer ist unterdurchschnittlich klein im Vergleich zum Standard eines Hotelzimmers. Auch war es leider nicht wirklich sauber bei uns und das Hotel hat einen Geruch der wohl von den alten Teppichen und Möbeln kommt. Wer in dieses Hotel geht muss total der Fanatiker von alten Gebäuden sein und kein Komfort erwarten! Auch der Service war „übertrieben“ für das Hotel. Hier wird etwas vorgespielt was man nicht ist, wirklich unangenehm.

GGlobetrotter22The hotel is just 3 minutes’ walk to the bus station and the central market and is situated on the edge of the old town. The restaurants, bars, supermarkets are not far from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi works well.

CChrisJanyThe hotel is well located on the edge of the old town, a few minutes walk from the all old town attractions, excursion pick up points and tourist office.
Excellent check in, well appointed room overlooking the river. A higher room would have been preferable, but room facilities excellent.
Although accommodation is very reasonably priced, we found the €20 pp charge for use of the spa facilities a little out of kilter.
Disappointed and surprised - especially at this time year - that we were not allowed a late checked even at the cost of €15 per hour after 1pm.

SSka525Paid extra, service very poor. Arrived to check-in, nobody to serve, no receptionist at the desk. Did wait around 10 minutes, gave a call, no answer, but the receptionist arrived. Then went to their restaurant, very vague service. No cocktails on the meniu (that's what we came for), asked and then the waiter gave separate cocktails menu. Finally came back to room and realised my bed sheet is dirty! Went to reception and asked to change it since we just arrived. Same person from reception came with new duvet and linen, had replace myself, meaning lack of staff if the same person does everything within entire hotel. Breakfast decent, saw people drinking wine, but it wasn't marked as it's included in the breakfast or not and bottle sits aside from all the breakfast on the bar table.

PPengguna TetamuI recently stayed at this hotel for my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. We were upgraded to a room with an old town view, which was truly stunning. Additionally, they offered us complimentary spa entrance after checkout, which was a delightful bonus.
The room itself was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable, situated on the 19th floor with an amazing view. The spa was also impressive—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

My stay felt like a comedy of errors where I was the punchline. First, the breakfast saga: I pre-paid for my breakfast at check-in. Yet, every single morning, the restaurant staff looked at me like a breakfast bandit trying to sneak a free croissant. “Room number? Is breakfast included?” Cue me, once again, explaining my pre-paid status like I was telling a fascinating but unlikely story. I half expected them to ask for a signed affidavit from the front desk manager by day three.
Then there was the Pool Surprise™. The website features the pool, but conveniently forgets to mention it costs extra. At check-in, I asked, ”Where's the pool?” They pointed. They did not, however, point and say, ”...and that'll be $20, please.”
So, picture this: I'm there in my swim trunks, towel slung over my shoulder, ready for a dip. I get greeted not with a ”hello,” but with a request for my credit card. I had to do the walk of shame back through the lobby, damp and disappointed, to pay at the front desk. A simple heads-up would have saved us all from that awkward little parade!
The place itself is nice, but honestly, it seems like the different departments only communicate by carrier pigeon. And I'm pretty sure one of those pigeons got lost.
Pros: The room was good (if a bit tired), and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: Be prepared for a mystery fee adventure and to repeatedly prove you've paid for things you've already paid for.

地理位置：離老城有一定距離，步行15min，但旁邊就有大商場，購物吃飯挺方便。
先説優點：
房間挺寬敞的，如圖片所示。
有兩瓶免費礦泉水。
有拖鞋牙刷（需要問前台要）。
再説缺點：
服務：
女前台英語很爛，交流困難。
男前台（兼職bartender）態度不好。
設施：
枕頭巨巨巨巨巨巨巨巨巨巨巨巨巨巨爛！
枕芯感覺是一坨一坨的硬棉花，完全沒法睡覺！
預訂時明確填寫了3成人➕1小童（9歲）。
checkin完進房間發現沙發床沒有給鋪，但給了一張嬰兒床。
聯繫前台給出的答覆是“他們得到的預訂訊息是group裏有一個小baby”。
即便如此，三個成人睡一張床，是合理的嗎？
後來給鋪了沙發床，但給的是單人被……
問前台再要一條被子或換成雙人被，被告知housekeeping已經下班（此時18.00），他們也不知道被子在哪裡……
想問問能不能late checkout， 前台説查一下預訂，一頓敲擊鍵盤，然後説“sorry，預訂已經滿了”
我這邊隨手查了一把，攜程上顯示同房型明明還有空房……
在我看來，直接説“no”，比假惺惺的做戲要好一些！
綜上，下次再來不會選這家美居。
