Hotel Riga dengan Gim

Amazing aparthotel. We stayed one night in studio and couldnt fault place at all. Hotel in old town Riga and few minutes walk to Christmas market. Apartment was spotless clean and had everything (and more) that needed (even dishwasher). Stafff is very lovely and helpfull and spoke Latvian, English and Russian. Would highly recomnend hotel and would definetely stay again.

Beautifully restored heritage building in the center of old Riga. The classic feature of the original architecture have been preserved and complimented with a modern interior design with clean Nordic style. Rooms have a foldout sofa bed, great for families. Breakfast is simple but high quality ingredients and attentive staff. Recommend the fresh croissants and salmon and raspberry smoothies. Location in center of old town on a charming street just close enough to great restaurants and bars but quiet enough to get a good sleep.

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, da die Bilder sehr gut gemacht sind und das Hotel Zentral liegt. Wir haben ein besonderes Ereignis gefeiert und wollten auch ein besonderes Hotel. Leider sieht man diesem Hotel vor Ort das Alter total an. Der Boden im Zimmer quietscht und das Zimmer ist unterdurchschnittlich klein im Vergleich zum Standard eines Hotelzimmers. Auch war es leider nicht wirklich sauber bei uns und das Hotel hat einen Geruch der wohl von den alten Teppichen und Möbeln kommt. Wer in dieses Hotel geht muss total der Fanatiker von alten Gebäuden sein und kein Komfort erwarten! Auch der Service war „übertrieben“ für das Hotel. Hier wird etwas vorgespielt was man nicht ist, wirklich unangenehm.

The hotel is just 3 minutes’ walk to the bus station and the central market and is situated on the edge of the old town. The restaurants, bars, supermarkets are not far from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi works well.

The hotel is well located on the edge of the old town, a few minutes walk from the all old town attractions, excursion pick up points and tourist office. Excellent check in, well appointed room overlooking the river. A higher room would have been preferable, but room facilities excellent. Although accommodation is very reasonably priced, we found the €20 pp charge for use of the spa facilities a little out of kilter. Disappointed and surprised - especially at this time year - that we were not allowed a late checked even at the cost of €15 per hour after 1pm.

Paid extra, service very poor. Arrived to check-in, nobody to serve, no receptionist at the desk. Did wait around 10 minutes, gave a call, no answer, but the receptionist arrived. Then went to their restaurant, very vague service. No cocktails on the meniu (that's what we came for), asked and then the waiter gave separate cocktails menu. Finally came back to room and realised my bed sheet is dirty! Went to reception and asked to change it since we just arrived. Same person from reception came with new duvet and linen, had replace myself, meaning lack of staff if the same person does everything within entire hotel. Breakfast decent, saw people drinking wine, but it wasn't marked as it's included in the breakfast or not and bottle sits aside from all the breakfast on the bar table.

Nice location on the edge of the city. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was newly renovated, the smell of paint was still very strong. The pool was lovely although very small and narrow. The cocktails were fabulous. We ordered the cheese board and it took ages to arrive and the cheese looked like it had been sitting out for a while and there was no crackers.

I stayed in this hotel during 3 or 4 my visits to Riga. Everything is great and price is always very affordable. Good location, you are close to everything. Great gym I really have one issue - swimming pool and spa will be free only if you book superior room or higher level. It will be better to mention this before booking but not during checking the spa

一般懶得寫評論，但這家店，槽點有點多。 地理位置：離老城有一定距離，步行15min，但旁邊就有大商場，購物吃飯挺方便。 先説優點： 房間挺寬敞的，如圖片所示。 有兩瓶免費礦泉水。 有拖鞋牙刷（需要問前台要）。 再説缺點： 服務： 女前台英語很爛，交流困難。 男前台（兼職bartender）態度不好。 設施： 枕頭巨巨巨巨巨巨巨巨巨巨巨巨巨巨爛！ 枕芯感覺是一坨一坨的硬棉花，完全沒法睡覺！ 預訂時明確填寫了3成人➕1小童（9歲）。 checkin完進房間發現梳化床沒有給鋪，但給了一張嬰兒床。 聯繫前台給出的答覆是“他們得到的預訂訊息是group裏有一個小baby”。 即便如此，三個成人睡一張床，是合理的嗎？ 後來給鋪了梳化床，但給的是單人被…… 問前台再要一條被子或換成雙人被，被告知housekeeping已經下班（此時18.00），他們也不知道被子在哪裡…… 想問問能不能late checkout， 前台説查一下預訂，一頓敲擊鍵盤，然後説“sorry，預訂已經滿了” 我這邊隨手查了一把，攜程上顯示同房型明明還有空房…… 在我看來，直接説“no”，比假惺惺的做戲要好一些！ 綜上，下次再來不會選這家美居。
