Hotel Ungoofaaru dengan Gim

Having stayed on another island in the recent past we wanted a detached villa and after speaking to the travel agent she suggested Ifuru On arrival via early seaplane then a very short speedboat ride we were welcomed by staff including the GM, then to reception for checking in and to breakfast before they finished serving The room was ready for us and a welcome and birthday message plus treats left for us We were shown around by our buddy Nafiz who was excellent throughout The island is as described and looks like it does on social media, the food in the social house is very good and varied over the week. The Waterfront is even better, the staff there are excellent, a mention to Ari for her super efficiency and friendliness. We ate there three times, all booked before our arrival by Nafiz to ensure we could get a table as the island was near capacity. The spa was good, although as mentioned in other reviews very expensive The gym was good too. I read a review saying the equipment was old, however it all appeared new and the cold towels and water a nice welcome touch and someone was on hand to clean the equipment after use. The room was great, they are finished to a high standard. We did spend one night in a beach suite due to unforeseen circumstances but could not hear the neighbours despite being attached. Six nights in our detached beach villa was amazing, a very short walk to the sea and sea view from the bed. I would definitely recommend the villas over the suites. The airport on the island only has a few flights and doesn’t really cause any major noise issues We didn’t book any trips as again these are far too expensive but we were happy to enjoy swimming and snorkelling in the sea, there are plenty fish to see plus we saw the sea turtles and sharks. We did get a couple of mosquito bites so worth taking your own spray plus the one you will find in your room, plus plenty of suncream A small negative was the area around the beach club, often lots of wet towels lying on the seating and one night lots of empty glasses lying on the beach making it look very Benidorm! I would recommend a stay on this island
