푸에블라 대형 쇼핑몰과 연결 되어 있어서 식사,쇼핑,숙박이 한번에 가능하다. 대형 쇼핑몰이라 보안 요원들이 많이 배치되어 있고, 호텔 1층에 가드가 상시 출입구를 지키고 있어 안전하다. 우버를 부를때도 좋다. 걸어서 10~15분 거리에 월마트가 있어서 무언가 필요하다면 이곳에서 살수있다. 대형 쇼핑몰과 붙어 있다는 장점 빼곤 딱히 좋은점은 없다. 호텔 직원들은 대부분 친절하나, 방음이 매우 취약하고 낮12시가 되면, 호텔내 객실 청소하는 소리와 사람들의 소음, 그리고 망치질 까지 ~ 편안하게 쉴수없다. 화징실은 대부분 노후화 되어있다. 호텔 내부에 있는 레스토랑은 추천하지 못하겠지만, 희안하게 룸서비스로 시키는 음식들은 양도 많고 맛도 나름 준수하다. 호텔 직원들은 주어진 범위 내에서 되도록 해결해 주려고 노력한다.

This hotel is in the best location in town- it is in the Zocalo and next to the church. There are so many shops and restaurants downstairs. The room is very large and clean. On the downside, we were very surprised to find out our room has no windows. To an average US traveler, bedrooms are assumed to have windows, unless spelled out otherwise. I don't know this is due to a cultural difference. But this hotel is owned by IHG, which is a US-based, global hotel chain. I think they are held to a higher standard. We eventually paid a higher than advertised price for a windowed room. But the whole experience put a black mark on this otherwise great hotel.

房間比較陳舊，最讓人受不了的是這家酒店的服務，我找酒店前台問他在哪裡能接一杯熱水，他愛答不理的告訴我讓我回房間打客房服務電話，在房間門口碰到一個打掃衞生的酒店工作人員，我説我房間需要兩瓶水，他讓我等我一下，結果一宿都沒人送水。

Realice reserva con mascota, menciona comunicar con el hotel para el costo, me comuniqué mencionaron costo de 480 por estancia de mascota y llegando realizaron cobro de 350 por noche, no respetaron la información brindada por teléfono, la señorita que atendió fue nocturno el día jueves y mencionó que las políticas son diferentes en la aplicación que en el hotel y que era la única forma de que aceptaran a la mascota, en restaurante buen servicio por parte de el personal en específico del Sr Marcelino que es turno de la tarde , brindó orientación y accede te trato, lástima que las porciones son muy pequeñas para el costo, y tienen muy buen sazón , la mascota solo podía andar en cuarto y área verde siendo un hotel petfriendly no lo permitían en todas sus instalaciones, gymnasio solo cuenta con mancuernas caminadora y bicicleta estática, muy buen lugar para aloj**** pero definitivamente tiene que mejorar sus políticas , el trato de su personal de recepción y el implementar completamente petfriendly .

Good for a Short Stay The hotel is fine if you’re in town for a quick trip. It provides the basics you need—clean rooms and a decent place to rest. The breakfast is a bit limited and could be improved, and the service is just OK, nothing remarkable. That said, everything else is fine, and I would still recommend it mainly because it’s clean and functional. A solid option for a short stay.

The Courtyard Puebla Las Animas offers an exceptional stay, primarily defined by its majestic location. Beyond the scenery, the hotel excels in comfort and service. The room itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, featuring comfortable bedding and reliable amenities. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout my visit. Located in the vibrant Las Animas area, the hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to both commercial centers and Puebla's historic core. I highly recommend requesting a volcano-facing room. This is a five-star experience that seamlessly blends convenience with an unforgettable natural backdrop.

El lugar esta muy limpio, cama cómoda, buena atención y cerca de todo. Todo esta muy muy bien pero me pareció muy mal que en la ducha los jabones que tienen son de botes de jabon para las manos! Creo que no cuesta nada tener un bote de shampoo y otro de jabon de cuerpo, sino da mala imagen por todo lo bueno del hotel.

Great hotel at a great location. Really friendly and accommodating staff. Second time I stay in this hotel during the holiday.

📍The location is really good, you’re btwn Angelopolis and Juan Pablo II 👩🏻💻in my experience the reception was not good, the girl in front desk was unfriendly, you need to do your own check in (scanning a QR) and the lady only give you the key card 🛏️room is very austere, not cozy, looks old; but the bed is comfortable  🚽🚿bathroom is big, has towels, soap 🧼 and shampoo. The hand wash basin has mold and the shower floor was wet  🅿️ Parking is ok but is not only for hotel guests, which makes you feel a bit insecure.

The hotel staffs are very nice and hospitable; however, restaurant service was not always up to standard. This hotel location is very good and it’s near by everything.
