Hotel Tijuana dengan Gim

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was excellent, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well kept and you have dining options nearby and at the hotel.

Heavy rains in the area made it impossible to get to the location. The hotel did not want to reschedule for us or cancel the reservation. We lost the money.

The room was very clean, well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is also great and convenient to many places. Overall, excellent service and a relaxing stay. A clean and comfortable hotel in a very safe and upscale part of Tijuana. You are a five minute walk to shopping at Plaza Rio, and a 10 minute walk to the Tijuana cultural center. Revolution street is about a 15 minute walk. Uber is now in Tijuana so transportation is easy and safe too.

Good. Recommend. Only a few rooms have outside facing windows though. Most windows overlook the inside hallways.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel during a Music Festival. Definitely enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet and which was staffed by amazing and friendly people who went above and beyond to make our stay great. Celia did an amazing job serving our table and being highly attentive to our groups needs. Will definitely recommend this place in the future.

Well, knowing that this hotel belongs to the Marriott family, it is surprisingly basic. Of course clean but with little care in the interior, the lights the way the customer is received, in general, small things make life better, and here at this Marriott could have been improved very easily. In Tijuana people travel by Uber or taxis from the hotel for many reasons, especially because of poor public transportation, thus, customers wait in the hotel lobby for their taxis, and many customers can coincide at the same time, and there is only a sofa and two armchairs (3 squeezed and 2 like Winston Churchill in single seats) and nowhere else to rest yourself or your bags. This is making the experience a bit off a sort of train station-ish platform. The breakfast is acceptable, providing all you need, but the the dinning area is very dark, badly lighted, to be honest you can’t hardly guess the time at all. The furniture there is very cheap, and doesn’t make you feel I want to read tye newspaper while having breakfast but I just want to finish and leave this 7/11 store. I am sure that I might sound a bit picky, but I am not, it is very easy to make small changes, non expensive that can improve the whole experience greatly. It is a Not a cheap place to stay, let’s remember this.

The place is old in all senses, the bed had a big stain and even that I asked two days to change the bed sheets, they did not change it. The sink and shower had issues with the drain (they fixed it after my complains). The breakfast is great and unique, highly recommendable the food and high-quality service from chefs and waiters. Very recommendable!

跟國內如家漢庭等等快捷酒店差不多的水平，房間約20平米，挺乾淨的，沒有拖鞋，距離機場5公里，而不是1.7公里，非高峯時間不到10分鐘，高峯時間若遇堵車可能需要30分以上。 前台服務還不錯，早餐以三明治為主，配以牛奶咖啡果汁水果等，不算豐盛，但是可以吃的飽吃的好。 從酒店出發機場的班車時間固定，為6，8，10點，其他時間需要自己打車過去。Uber平峯時間100比索，高峯時間150比索左右。 緊挨旁邊的酒店便宜50元左右，同一集團的，但是空調沒有這家好。
