Hotel staffs: friendly but maybe a little bit impatient when I checked in. They asked for my name, and I want to show them my booking. They just repeated again “you only need to provide your name.” Room: very cozy and tidy and clean. The space is not very big but enough for 2 big luggages and still have space to move around. And desk is big enough to put all my facial products and Mak up. The washroom is clean and the water is hot enough. And the shower is good and the shower area is big enough. But no door for the shower place that makes the water wets the mattress and bathroom get wet easily. It’s the only thing I can find it not good. Others are very good. The bed is very comfortable especially after a whole day outing and get tired. I will miss the bed badly. Lobby: the lobby is spacious and the sofa is comfortable. I wait for the train there. Location: very near the train station zaandam, just a few minutes walk. And takes around 15-30 mins to central, it’s very convenient. The place is quiet, I can have a good sleep every night.

The exterior design of the hotel is unique and IGable, very close to the train station and just 15-20mins to Amsterdam with reasonable price. Cleaning was ok. The layout of my room was weird to me. But the sauna room was a surprise, I like it.

Zzhengtingoverall a good stay, but what you pay is what you get for, basic amenities only. no fridge or water boiler. but lobby had water dispenser. apart from that, if you reach earlier, early check in will be 20euros. and if you want to store your luggage at counter, will be 5 euros per locker. Huge shoutout to the friendly counter staff tho, very friendly and helpful, thankyou.

Aalberto.LewisReally nice hotel. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. The room was nice and clean and perfect for myself as a solo traveller. There is always someone at the reception so you can always receive help. Personally didn’t have the hotel breakfast, but heard from others staying at the hotel that it was really good. The only downside is the train station is like a 35-40minute walk, although it’s a long walk it’s very scenic and enjoyable but doing that kind of walk daily and sometimes twice a day was abit much and including walking back from the train station to the hotel. Trains run regularly to centraal so once you get to the station it’s not hard to get to Amsterdam centraal. You can also rent bikes, use busses and taxis also. Nonetheless impressed with this hotel and my stay here.

PPengguna TetamuRooms lovely and big hotel in a great location next to amazing supermarket and a Turkish cafe and 10 minutes into a beautiful town centre and riund the corner to the train/bus station. The staff were all very friendly and helpful the only two negatives where we wished the room had a toaster considering it’s self catering we only had a microwave and kettle and tiny fridge. We only had breakfast in the hotel once the day we left and we were all very disappointed the receptionist had to tell the kitchen staff to cook some more food due to there being hardly anything there and for 17.95 it definitely wasn’t worth the money but overall I would recommend this hotel.
