Very beautiful environment. Its surrounded by many museums. The hotel is closed to the beach and sea. Many restaurants nearby. The gym and swimming pool is okay and it’s closed too early at 8:00 pm. The staff is very nice. It’s not a very fancy hotel but everything is fine.

We loved our stay here! I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and its staff. We loved the location….close enough to access restaurants and things to do but not right in the middle. We had an ocean view room and the sunset views were amazing from the balcony. The beds were very comfortable! Would recommend & stay here again!

Lovely spacious room with balcony overlooking the marina! The bathroom was a little outdated with no walk-in shower but only a minor point. This is a very large hotel which is part of the renovated 16th century Citadel and can only be accessed by car through the gates and across the square. Unloading of the car can be done outside and the car then parked in an underground secure car park close by. The hotel cannot be accessed from the car park. However, the help given with luggage by the porter was very much appreciated and delivered to the room. This was reversed when we left with the porter again taking all our luggage from the room to the car parked in front. Reception staff were professional. Servicing the room was quite late but when asked the housekeeping staff did there best to clean the room when we returned in the afternoon - they have a lot of rooms to service! Breakfast was lovely on the roof with great views - we were lucky with weather and we were able to sit outside with our dog every morning! Choices were good, and hot food can be ordered; the staff were cheerful and helpful! We used both pools during our stay and the indoor was small but lovely and the outdoor roof top pool was also OK with loungers. The walk to the outdoor pool was lengthy....the walk anywhere inside the hotel can be long depending on where you are located and you can easily lose your way.......however, we found a quick way to the outside opposite the lovely marina with some very good shops and restaurants! The hotel was also a reasonable 15 minutes walk into the lovely town of Cascais with lots of places to eat and drink and shopping!

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The room was wonderful, Deluxe room with Sea view. Clean and lots of extra treats, cakes and chocolates daily and mini bar stocked with non alcoholic drinks. The staff here are exceptional, friendly providing a first class service. The Evening meal in the restaurant was gourmet food at its best and the staff were very knowledgeable about the wines. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice.
The hotel itself was beautiful, the location great, the parking was easy.
The spa facilities were truly wonderful.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. They have the right balance of providing luxury whilst being family friendly.

Accommodation at nice and spacious golf villas less than 80 metres from the hotel, and a delicious breakfast at the hotel every morning was an excellent arrangement! Recommend it warmly. The staff at the Onyria Marinha Boutique Hotel was friendliest ever: lovely ladies at the reception, Luiza, Rafaela and Nadia, young men at the door and the whole breakfast staff. All with a friendly greeting and smile, always ready to help us. Thank you so much, each and everybody.❣️ The hotel's location is ideal for golfers as well as non-golfers. Cascais, Estoril, Lisbon, Sintra and Cabo da Roca are near and worth visiting. The weather was fine for golfing, with only 1,5 days rain.

I Stayed here with 4 friends for 3 nights last week and we had the best time ever .. the rooms were amazing and worked with 2 sharing one suite and 3 of us another. We had so much space and 2 bathrooms for the 3 sharing. The hotel arranged transport from the airport to the hotel and then for our return journey. We were overwhelmed with how attentive ALL the staff were. From the breakfast team (breakfast was delicious ) to the pool staff who served cocktails, delicious rosè and lunch and moved sunbeds as needed and umbrellas to the reception team who couldn’t do enough plus recommending restaurants which were all fantastic. Then there’s the spa which was such a fun experience and my friend had a massage which she said was the best massage ever (she’s a massage expert) I couldn’t recommend this hotel more and cascais is a very special place

This is a great resort that we would stay at again. The rooms are clean and staff is great. My partner and I were on a 2 week vacation in Portugal and we wanted some place that we could have some pool time after doing morning excursions. There is a golf course that looks very nice. We didn’t play on this trip but maybe next time. The pool is nice and very relaxing. We did a trip to Sintra from this location and it’s only 20 minutes away. We went to Cascais which was only a 10 minute Uber ride. The breakfast which is included was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

After spending a week walking the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage, my husband and I sought out a beautiful boutique hotel for some R & R in Portugal. Estoril Vintage Hotel was the perfect choice. The mansion is spectacular with no detail overlooked. The decor was amazing and museum quality. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Our room was perfectly appointed with a very comfortable bed, in-room coffee, nighttime turndown service, and even chocolates waiting on the pillows each evening. The staff was attentive and met every need without question - starting with Jorge when we checked in, the concierge team, and all the way through the wait staff and maid service. The views are spectacular. We had to pinch ourselves each day to make sure this was real. How nice it was for Maria, the owner, to stop by and greet each of the guests individually while we had breakfast on the terrace each day - a lovely, personal touch. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for those looking for a unique and pampering experience in the Estoril/Cascais area. We walked to Cascais almost every day of our 6-day stay; only a short 10-15 minute walk. The beach is right there and many shops, restaurants, and places nearby to grab a souvenir, a sangria or Vinho Verde. This was a good location to catch a train into Lisbon (5 minute walk to the Monte Estoril train station) and we also spent a day in Sintra. The hotel is far enough away from the noisy downtown for tranquility, but close enough to the action when you want it. This place was amazing.

I spent wonderful days with close friends at Casa Laranja. The communication with the owner Carlos was spotless both before and during the stay. He is very attentive and willing to help. Casa Laranja has four very classy and comfortable bedrooms, as well as spacious and cosy social areas to enjoy both indoors and outdoors. The breakfast is prepared and served by Carlos and his wife, and it's great. The location is quit and very green, it's +/- 4 km from Cascais centre so either a car or an Uber is needed to move around. We highly recommend this spotless high-end accommodation.

PPengguna TetamuThe thing about ”boutique” hotels is they often have limited rooms with little consistancy between them. Often the hotel is a former mansion or castle that has been converted to create the accomodations. The rooms featured on the website often look amazing but many of the rooms are often former butler's pantries or attic rooms the crazy aunt lived in with alll her cats so you have to be careful when booking. This place has some of that. Had we ended up in a former little closet room in the corner, we would not have been happy here. Fortunately we had booked the designer room with a balcony facing the ocean (210) which was fantastic to enjoy the ocean views. We moved the long bench from in front of the bed onto the balcony during the day to use as a sun lounger. Room was smaller but had tall ceilings and nicely remodeled. Comfy bed and nice bathroom with shower with all kinds of water options plus toilets had heated bidet hose. It is important to know that the pool area is seasonal due to the close proximity to the ocean and doesnt open until mid-April. During much of year it is closed as the North Atlantic waves thrash over the pool area filling it with dirty sea water. The hotel should state this on their homepage to avoid guests feeling a bit misled. I attached some pictures showing the pool area we had without any lounges and water looking like a sewer discharge. The weather we had was sunny and hot yet couldn't use the pool so felt frustrated. I'm a daily lap swimmer so had been hoping to use the pool in the mornings for my swims. The view of the ocean with the crashing waves against the rocks made the stay very relaxing. Also it is a nice short walk to town with wonderful views along the way. Additionally it is a beautiful walk or run to the west along the rock cliffs by the ocean. Truly magical location. The hotel itself was lovely and ecclectic with fun art throughout. Hotel staff was very nice and the included a quality breakfast buffet was tasty and plentiful. We had to leave in the middle of the night for a very early flight out. The manager had take away lunches for us which was a nice touch. We booked the hotel in part because it was part of the AMEX Platinum Hotel collection which comes with some additional benefits if you have the card. We had been to Lisbon many times but so glad we discovered Cascais this time. Certainly will be back.

The rooms are good quality.
The spa has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage showers, hammam, sauna. However, they refused to give me more than 1 towel per visit.
The breakfast is good quality. You can order a custom-made omelette with various ingredients. The fruit choice included mango and papaya even in winter.
The only unpleasant moment was that they tried to downgrade the room category for us (give a lower category room than originally booked, even though it was in low season). I have never experienced that before in my entire life. Fortunately, thanks to an efficient intervention of the trip.com customer support, we managed to get the exact room type that we originally booked, but there was a little bit of a stress, so I advise everyone to double-check directly with the hotel what room category you will be put in BEFORE you arrive.

IILYAThe hotel is overall ok, but my experience is really controversial.
Pros:
Good value for money. The location is quite central. Clean rooms. Live music at the rest zone near the reception from time to time.
Cons:
Cleaning process is ruining the perception. No logic, no exact timing, they can even enter the room with a sign ”no disturb” on the door.
Sound proof is poor, so all external noises can be easily heard.
The reception people could be more friendly (smiling and saying ”hello” to customers when an eye contact is happening).
I haven't yet tried the breakfast.

ZZH N一個老牌的四星級酒店 位置比較僻靜 周邊都是住宅 隔海灘步行5，6分鐘 火車站10分鐘 隔壁就是商場 吃飯購物洗衣超市都有 比較方便 酒店設施比較老舊 房間偏細 浴缸設計不太合理 沖涼水會灑出來 弄濕地面 出入要非常小心 冷氣不是唔涼就是漏水 停車健身室內泳池都要單獨收錢 住過這麼多國家的酒店第一次遇到 好在酒店員工服務都很好 態度又親切 有求必應 生日還貼心的送上蛋糕 Very nice😊 早餐比較豐富 味道可口 麵包好食 如果想休息度假是個唔錯的選擇👍

Good hotel. I have a very pleasant stay here. Staff was friendly and professional. Nice and somehow trendy rooms. Rooms were clean, fresh and spacious. Also and my room came with a nice view. Minibar was available in the rooms. Only disadvantage might be that the hotel is located in a residential neighborhood. You will need to walk 1-2 streets before finding some buzz. Other than this, a perfect stay.

PPatrickH781This hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel. That rating is no longer accurate. It must have been a very long time ago that they received that rating from Turismo de Lisboa. It is now an old, tired hotel with minimal services. There is no gym and the pool was closed. With the exception of breakfast, there is no restaurant or room service. The bar is very limited. The rooms are very dated, with no safe and my single bed had a plastic mattress cover that made sleeping hot and strangely slippy, and my friend found a cockroach in her bathroom. There are some positives. The air conditioners are quiet. The shower, although in a bath with a curtain, was warm and powerful. Breakfast was quite good and the view from the 8th floor restaurant where breakfast is served is lovely. And the staff were all perfectly pleasant.
