This hotel is rather good at service,communication, clear and easy to go to shopping mall just across street.I think I will order next time.The young lady and strong diver left me unbelievable impression really appreciate your 2 went to pick me up in person.

Booked this hotel for my family of 4 and it was amazing! We ordered room service as soon as we got there and the food was ready in 28 min and it was a big spread that we ordered. Was expensive but the quality was great. Even more was the decor and the design for the room amazing mood lighting and that tub was amazing. If I’m in the area again I will definitely get this hotel

공항서는 우버타고 20분정도 걸리네요.
호텔 멋있게 생겼고 근처에 시내가있어서 좋네요.
다만 와이파이가 유료고
트립닷컴에서 예약시 안내에 없었는데
추가결제가있어서
추후에 고객센터에 문의하니 잘처리해주네요.

This hotel was a refreshing visit. The staff was friendly and helpful, everyone had a smile on their face. The room Is clean and the bed is super comfortable. The bathroom has an adjustable showerhead with nice power and hot water. This was quite the surprise to stay here.

Trippin’Great stay and convenient to the airport. The room was very spacious. The staff were very friendly. The shuttle wasn’t operating like it should have been but eventually they made a way to get us there but not back.

幾年前去達拉斯不少，疫情后回來，發現達拉斯確實是美國罕有的不斷在進步並更現代化的城市。酒店是萬豪旗下的公寓型酒店，有廚房，與隔壁的courtyard hotel 共用前台，緊挨着一個Hilton， 雖然不同品牌，貌似實際owner是一家。酒店打掃是客人要求才打掃，正合我意。健身房設備有點老舊，但健身人少，所以自己用足夠了😁。早餐就是例行美式那幾樣，有點驚艷的是鮮切水果一直有。唯一碰到問題的五個洗衣機同時壞了，前台提議我去希爾頓洗，也沒有收我買洗衣粉的錢。tip:希爾頓有complementary 現磨咖啡. 總之很滿意的體驗。推薦

Fortunately the new shift girl blond Caucasian was friendly and assisted with our check in.

Good location 10min drive from DFW airport and 2 min walking to the grapevine mills shopping mall. Large room with sectional sofa, studio, bed and bathroom. Very nice breakfast. The only negative aspect is the airport pickup: nobody from the hotel picked up my phone call from the airport, I called for 30min no answer, so I had to take a taxi.

The front desk was excellent. I wish our room had air conditioner. We had a unit that ventilated out side. It was loud and
Almost in the middle of the room. We were so hot at night, that we actually were sweating and it was hard to sleep.it was so hot. We sweat to high heaven at night in the bedroom!
If there is a next time, I will ask before going up, does the room have a regular air conditioner??? I never thought I had to do that. We even checked in after3.
