Very Pleasant Stay - No Real Complaints I stayed here for three nights in April 2023 and we had no issues - We stayed here because of the difficulties of finding a place to stay in Amsterdam and found this a pleasant, quiet alternative, the hotel is a bit out of the way in the sleepy town of Hoofddorp but is a mere 5 min walk from the station which is a 4 min train journey to Schipol Airport and 25 min or so train journey to Amsterdam-Centraal. We never had any issues using the train with them every 10 mins or so and running until early hours of the morning we had a good experience, the fares are cheap approx €6 to Amsterdam and €3 to the airport, although you can use contactless payments tio pay, The hotel itself is very modern, with the ability to cast to the TV in the room, the bathroom was nice and the noise from the airport was kept to a minimim by the thick windows. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly, the ability to check on on a machine was also nice as we were able to skip the queues and check right in. Would stay here again and reccomennd to anyone wanting to go to Amsterdam but can't find anywhere suitable in the centre!

Perfect accommodation to avoid hustle for dragging big luggage from & to airport- since the shuttle is free. The room is perfectly bright, neat and spacious. Big windows for natural light. Good bed for good rest. The Breakfast also very nice. Many options & taste good. Minor detail that bother me & my daughter was there no room slippers.
It’s a Hyaat with no room slippers ? (The answer for our request was : run out of stocks) hmmm…

Although the location and the shuttle bus is convenient for travellers from Schiphol Airport, the shuttle bus is never according to the schedule (about 10~15mins delay for the bus to show up).
The hotel rooms themselves are fairly decent. Cleanliness is alright. Amenities such as body soaps were not refilled when we checked in.
The hotel has 2 restaurants and a bar but are all very loud, chaotic and in no way shape to relax and enjoy a meal. The restaurant workers were clearly overwhelmed and frustrated that they reflected that towards paying customers by being quite rude.
Would stay there again if I need to for the price & location but preferably not.

We are so glad we chose this hotel. There is shuttle bus to Airport, and airport to the central is convenient and fast.
Most importantly, Christian the staff at reception was amazing. He was so sincere, we have enjoyed Amsterdam thankful for his informations. And other staffs were all smiling and nice.
The room is so clean. Perfect. Would like to stay here again.

When your hotel is located on the sports boulevard of Haarlem, you don't really have a choice but to use a sports theme for the interior. It doesn't stop with just what's inside of the hotel. Peek out of the window in the lounge and be treated to a stunning view of the neighboring ice-skating rink. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Haarlem, a good 35-minute walk to the central square. There is very little around it in terms of shops or cafes or restaurants. So calling it ”Haarlem City” is a bit of a stretch! It is a 12-minute walk (through a nice residential area) to Bloemendaal train station, which makes it quite easy to get to Amsterdam. Haarlem's main train station is about a 25-minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and good size. But (and this is a big but!) the hotel was built right next to a big sports centre and if your room faces north it will block your window as it is literally in front of it. This is a really poor design choice, it makes affected rooms feel claustrophobic. This is something the hotel should make clear at the time of booking. Parking in front of the hotel costs 7.5 Euros per night. Given its non-central location, you would expect parking to be free. So mixed feelings overall. Nice and spacious rooms, but the issues I mentioned above detract from the overall experience and value for money.

Hotel staffs: friendly but maybe a little bit impatient when I checked in. They asked for my name, and I want to show them my booking. They just repeated again “you only need to provide your name.”
Room: very cozy and tidy and clean. The space is not very big but enough for 2 big luggages and still have space to move around. And desk is big enough to put all my facial products and Mak up. The washroom is clean and the water is hot enough. And the shower is good and the shower area is big enough. But no door for the shower place that makes the water wets the mattress and bathroom get wet easily. It’s the only thing I can find it not good. Others are very good. The bed is very comfortable especially after a whole day outing and get tired. I will miss the bed badly.
Lobby: the lobby is spacious and the sofa is comfortable. I wait for the train there.
Location: very near the train station zaandam, just a few minutes walk. And takes around 15-30 mins to central, it’s very convenient. The place is quiet, I can have a good sleep every night.

On the positive, wellness is very nice, team tries to be helpful and beds are comfortable.
On the negative, first room faced street with lots of noise even on the 4th floor. Asked for a room change which they provided to a quieter but a bit smaller room. No issue, it was quiet 😅.
In the morning however I noticed a big black bug on the crispy white sheets - less fun that surprise in the morning but hey, we are close to water.
The bike I rented from the hotel is a good brand, however poorly maintained - tyres pretty flat and left brake didn’t function.
On the hotel info sheet was mentioned that welness opens from 06.00 to 23.00, however at 6.30 only fitness was open and swimming pool only as off seven.
No bathrobe or slippers available in the room which was very enjoying seen you have to take lift and cross hallways to reach wellness at 2/3 floor.
Finally the surroundings are convenient (close to train station) but it is a super touristy part with nothing for the visitor who is looking for authenticity. In summary, I had high hopes for this hotel but will never return despite a great swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Too Bad

Self check in process was simple with an attendant available to assist those in need. Room size was compact and suitable for up to 2 travelers only. State of the art technology for centralized control of all functions in the room with an iPad mini. Mood light and square bed is unique.
Not recommend to consume meals at the hotel since the airport is so near and price point is considered high.
Pleasant stay and will return again.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed one night at the Corendon Plaza hotel due to its proximity to the airport and its shuttle service. We managed to find the shuttle just about to depart as we exited the train station. Our room was a simple one on the second floor. The lights for the shower and potty rooms were controlled by sensors, making it a bit of a challenge to find at night. The room and wifi were satisfactory. There was some early morning noise from airplanes. Shuttle service to the airport is on the hour and half hour. We had their buffet dinner, which had more than ample choices for anyone, including sushi. We would recommend this hotel for its convenience to the airport.

PPengguna TetamuI enjoyed my short stay in this lovely hostel which I choose due to close distance from Schiphol airport as my flight was early morning. When I arrived I was warmly welcomed polite and helpful staff. They explained to me how to get to the airport by public bus as they do not have free shuttle. Be advised that free shuttles of other hotels do not usually run before 6:00 AM. Also they gave me wake up call in the morning. The room and bathroom big enough, bed very comfy for good night sleep. The room temperature can be self-controlled, the window is impossible to open. WIFI worked well. There is a restaurant and mini market next to the reception and lobby. Due to the early morning flight I did not have a breakfast which is served from 6:30. Bus stop just 100 meters, up the bridge. Ride to the airport just 5 min, you pay by credit/debit card.

I will not hesitate to stay there again when I visit the Netherlands in the future. The hotel made my trip in the Netherlands more enjoyable. Thank you to the Turkish receptionist. She was helpful. Very thanks to the hotel for providing the organic water in the hotel lobby which is offered free of charge.

PPengguna TetamuThe front desk team at this Courtyard Marriott couldn't have been nicer to me during my stay! Admittedly, I am a demanding customer but they rose to the occasion. When I had trouble with a laundry order that was sent out for pressing, Julia somehow arranged to have my jacket, shirt and trousers pressed by someone in housekeeping after 10 PM at night. And for my trouble, she gave me free breakfasts for the rest of my stay. Rick found a way for me to print several long documents at no charge. And Fleur at the front desk gave me crucial advice about the timing of getting to the airport. Good customer service is rare these days and I commend the whole staff at this very busy hotel. I'll definitely stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuFree shuttle available to and fro airport and hotel, however, as there are many Ibis group hotels shared the same service, you may not be able to get on board the bus and have to wait for the next shuttle scheduled time which is an hour or more later. It's not pleasant if the weather is no good. Good that they have a cafe provide good breakfast at the hotel for a price.

WWouter GeversPrima hotel voor een korte overnachting. De kamers zijn compact maar compleet en comfortabel. De verbinding naar de luchthaven met de bus is uitstekend. Het personeel is vriendelijk en er is een kleine stand voor eten en drinken met een magnetron. De hygiëne van het bedlinnen zou beter kunnen, er zaten enkele lichte (niet goed uitgewassen) vlekken op.
