Worst hotel ever. Don’t even think about stay here. Rooms are very old, balcony door in my room was broken, I couldn’t close it. Considering it was first floor, there was no way to leave things in the room safely. The receptionist said that there were no available rooms and offered to support the balcony door with a chair.
Across road there is club with extremely loud music playing till 2 am, down side on the beach there is another club with music till 4 am. So you have absolutely no chance to sleep.

Building was very charming and historical. Beautiful pool area to lounge at. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices and ate out on the patio.

This is a Lovely Hotel, it is about half way between Ladies Beach and Kusadasi City, about 15 minutes walk. The Hotel staff are great, the food is excellent, usually it is tradional Turkish food, a very large selection of food for the Breakfast and Dinner. The Coffee is great, very strong. The Spa is great, I had a Massage and it cost just 30 euro. I recommend Altinsaray Hotel.

We arrived 2am and given our room which was tiny and on the roadside with lots of loud traffic and no double glazing and the AC was broken 😡 We paid another 80 euros for another room which was better but the shower broke and was leaking to the apartment below so they moved us again , the room was ok but run down and the balcony was rotten and unsafe especially for small kids. The staff were nice but the hotel is in need of a major update ! The hotel over the road has loud parties every night till around 1am so don’t plan on getting much sleep The hotel is centrally place for busted to the main town but just too run down

As a traveler, It is the worst hotel we ever stayed. The staff is very rude. And the rooms. Don't expect anything there. It was very dirty and smelly. There was no bed sheets. No hot water for shower. The hotel condition very bad and ugly. We booked room for 2 nights. After first night we check out and asked for refund. First hotel never picked up call. After 1 months waiting they said they will not give refund for 2nd night. Don't ever book this even by mistake

Just returned from a weeks stay at the Altinsaray Hotel in Kusadasi. The building itself is architecturally beautiful, although the bedrooms are in need of modernisation, but this didn't bother us too much. The views of the ocean are second to none. Staff are friendly and accommodating. We'd booked 5 sea view rooms, and upon our arrival discovered we'd only been provided with 1. Over the course of a few days this issue was rectified with no fuss. The food choices were limited and breakfast especially wasn't to our personal tastes, however the food always looked fresh and was refilled quickly when empty. There is also a lunch menu from which your able to order food such as chips and onion rings at a very reasonable cost. The swimming pool is amazing, its large, and was never over crowded, theres a section for babies, a second part for bigger kids and a third adult pool which is very deep. The pool bar was handy too, a big shout out to the bar man who looked after us all so well. The one major let down to this place is the club/restaurant directly over the road. The music is terribly loud, and this meant we couldn't sleep until very late at night.

The strutture Is apparently nice but our triple room...booked one month in advance..was disappointing. WiFi only in common space and very weak, our room wuth balcony on the road, for two days in a row no housekeeping of the room. the bathroom was dirty., In the afternoon and night very noisy, due ti Hugh music in bars nearby. The seeview Is wonderful...nevertheless

My wife and I spent a lovely short break in this traditional Turkish hotel not far from Kusadasi and Ladies beach.It's striking ottoman styled architecture is centerd around a central courtyard and has a beautiful aspect overlooking the sea.The staff are also very friendly and helpful.I would rate it as 10 out 10.

Very old traditional hotel. Plumbing in this hotel is disaster. Leaks in the shower, and around toilet. Breakfast is included and it is buffet. If you arrive early you will have nice breakfast if you arrive late not so good. They don’t refill their serving plates. What ever they serve that’s it. We had dinner which is buffet also. It is 100 Turkish lira per person. Waiter refuse the card, he was very rude and asked for cash only. He just put the cash in his packet. Hotel across of street has live music every night until 1 am. You will hear it like it is in your room. The only good thing is location. We walked a lot so it took 20 minutes to the carsi and some very nice beaches. I hope this was helpful 🙏
