Hotel The Hague dengan Sarapan

I love Novotel as a chain, and have stayed at this hotel before and was quite happy. This time I felt things were a little off and I wasn't as satisfied. I seem to recall getting a free bottle of water in the room, which it appears is not included anymore. No more individual shower gels and soaps, but now big pumps of soap, which is OK if you have the complete set of them. Yes, it's more environmentally friendly but it's also a sign of cost-cutting. Breakfast was more or less the same -- good choice and quality -- except on a busy weekend they seemed totally overwhelmed and people had to queue to get a table. On a quieter morning, I noticed a sign stating one can request omelettes and poached eggs from the kitchen, so I did, and this dish never materialized, which was a little awkward. The fresh orange juice machine is awful: constant noise and queues of people taking ages to each make one glass of juice, as it requires that the user slice the orange and then ram each half, one at a time, into the machine, yielding a tiny amount of juice. Repeat for 6 or 7 oranges to get a glass... It would be funny to watch as slapstick if it weren't so annoying to listen to. On the positive side, the rooms are still attractive, comfortable, and quiet.

Echt een prachtig hotel, het is alsof je door een museum loopt. Waanzinnig mooi. De medewerkers zijn allemaal even galant, behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Je wordt met alle egards behandeld. De kamers zijn allemaal anders ingericht, maar allemaal even mooi. Het ontbijt was het enige wat een beetje tegenviel qua kwaliteit. Met name het brood was niet zo vers. Maar de algehele beleving maakte dit meer dan goed. Als je ooit een keer in de gelegenheid bent dit prachtige hotel te bezoeken zou ik dat zeker doen!

Minibar leer, das übliche Wasser ( als Diamant Member ) nicht auf dem Zimmer Bei der Nachfrage am nächsten Morgen bekam ich die Antwort das es Wasser nur am Anreisetag gibt Die Minibar kann nicht gefüllt werden, weil dafür das Personal fehlt, so die Erklärung des Duty Managers am heutigen Morgen! Die Rezeptionistin war zudem sehr arrogant Ich denke es ist in der Verantwortung des Hotels, dafür sorge zu tragen das bei der Anreise alles stimmt , in unserem Zimmer war jedenfalls nichts Meine Frage warum man eigentlich kein Willkommens Geschenkt gibt, wurde damit beantwortet, das man zu viele Diamant Member hat und dies nur bei Gästen macht die mehr als 5 Tage bleiben Wir hatten ein Upgrade bekommen, aber nur in ein Zimmer mit Blick zum Innenhof obwohl alle Zimmerkategorien frei waren Begründung….. zu viele Diamant Member Ich denke Hilton versteht den Begriff Honors selbst nicht mehr Beschämend finde ich aber, dass nach meiner Beschwerde bei Duty Manager, noch nicht einmal eine einfache Entschuldigung von Seiten des der Hotel Leitung kam Offensichtlich hat das Hotel es nicht nötig Ich für meinen Teil werde das Hotel nicht mehr besuchen und kann es auch nicht weiter empfehlen The price for the room had been more then 300 Euro ! Of course without parking ( 30 Euros ) No more comments

Real value for money staying in this hotel. And prime location for a family visit to The Hague. Friendly staff and clean room & facilities are always appreciated. Since I used a combination paying cash and loyalty points there was some issues but contacting hotel directly after my stay to sort out the issue was a success, and hotel staff really went the extra mile to sort out my problem. They even contacted Accor customer service for me to sort it out. Extraordinary service which was highly appreciated .

Easy check in and excellent buffet breakfast. Bit noisy if you’re sleeping city side from the tram below, but not a deal breaker. Room was very clean and comfortable, and of course centrally located to public transport for convenience. We would consider staying here again.

Stayed here for 2 nights recently with my partner. As frequent travelers of netherlands to the various cities including den haag ,we had never stayed here before. Lovely experience overall with very pleasant and friendly staff. We had a garden view room(upgraded as club members) with everything you needed clean comfy bed,safe,big shower with toiletries etc and very quiet at night. Their was a complimentary breakfast included in the rate which was a buffet style but more than adequate with a selection of cold cheeses meats,cereals,pastries,teas coffees orange juice yogurts and boiled eggs. Decent coffee machine. Small little bar on site and ice machine in lobby. .We were given a late check out as we had a later flight which was truly appreciated . Excellently located for busisness or any of the visitor sites in den haag. We would definitely return and recommend.😀

衞生乾淨，但是房間很小，海牙普遍價格都高，但是這個酒店不知道為什麼價格高但是房間小，服務也很好，床品很舒服。

Check-in and check-out experience was efficient and friendly. I had a corner room (113) overlooking the Palace - it was beautiful and quiet at the end of my work days. It was easy to reserve Uber in the morning for a quick ride to the CBD. Mini bar was free - good selection of beverage. Breakfast service was better at 7 AM when it was less crowded. Nice barista-made coffee and wine list.

Wir haben das NH Atlantic über Trip.com gebucht, bei Ankunft war das Hotel aber leider voll und kein Zimmer für uns verfügbar. Wir haben dann 4 Stunden auf ein Zimmer gewartet, leider ohne Ergebnis. Wir mussten in einem anderen NH Hotel übernachten, was leider nicht am Strand lag. Wir hoffen, einiges von dem Geld zurück zu bekommen.
