The only hotel near The Hague HS train station. Rather expensive for this hotel which is also like a student hostel with many students who stay here for a longer term.

The location is quite far from the center, of course walking with a big luggage on my hand. But it is actually very close to the train station. I like the vibe and atmosphere in this hotel.

It was generally okay.

Don’t book the rooms in hot summer days. The air conditioner only provides breeze. Not enough to feel cool in the room. The sink is blocked and water goes down slowly. Especially, we found the receptionists worked super slow and inefficiently. There was so hot in the reception area without air conditioners. The guests complained waited there over 1 hours to line in the queue and checked in. The receptionist just worked in their own time no matter how long the queue was. The receptionist just repeated same thing to different guests slowly. It took us over 45 mins to check in and no body could do a bit early check-in. The room is clean and good for students but no for professionals. We would never come back again. W

Overall okay. Very slow service specially checking-in. There are hundreds of rooms and only 2 counters to check-in. On top, each counter takes 10-15 minutes per person to check-in. Had to stay in line for more than an hour.

Perfect location with great facilities and nice staff.

The size of room, cleaning, and facilities were better than expected. They tidy up the room very efficient. And they location is excellent for tourists. However the washing machine can only be used when installing their app which doesn’t user friendly for booking via third party platforms.

I was severely stung by bedbugs in this hotel. The sanitation is terrible. 2 days later, more than 20 parts of my skin became swollen and they itch so much.

Next to the tram station and DenHaag HS train station. Convenient hotel with everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff.

It was okay for the money but no fridge and kettle was uncomfortable but nice for the money

The stay was peaceful and I got a studio upgrade. I would suggest availability of some utensils in studio otherwise it is useful.
