Hotel The Hague dengan Kolam Renang

Echt een prachtig hotel, het is alsof je door een museum loopt. Waanzinnig mooi. De medewerkers zijn allemaal even galant, behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Je wordt met alle egards behandeld. De kamers zijn allemaal anders ingericht, maar allemaal even mooi. Het ontbijt was het enige wat een beetje tegenviel qua kwaliteit. Met name het brood was niet zo vers. Maar de algehele beleving maakte dit meer dan goed. Als je ooit een keer in de gelegenheid bent dit prachtige hotel te bezoeken zou ik dat zeker doen!

Wir haben das NH Atlantic über Trip.com gebucht, bei Ankunft war das Hotel aber leider voll und kein Zimmer für uns verfügbar. Wir haben dann 4 Stunden auf ein Zimmer gewartet, leider ohne Ergebnis. Wir mussten in einem anderen NH Hotel übernachten, was leider nicht am Strand lag. Wir hoffen, einiges von dem Geld zurück zu bekommen. Die Bewertung bezieht sich auf die Lage sowie die gesehenen Räume (Lobby, Restaurant).

Absolutely wonderful. Could not find anything negative about this hotel. Possibly one of the best places I ever stayed. Extremely clean and neat, full equipped gym, quiet location. There was a misunderstanding with the booking which was resolved with the highest professionalism. Looking forward to the next time.

Der Aufenthalt an sich war in Ordnung. Was jedoch absolut nicht in Ordnung ist, ist der Umgang mit Kreditkarten Daten. Bei der Ankunft wurde von meiner Kreditkarte die Kaution inklusive Tourismusabgabe blockiert, was von mir auch genehmigt worden war. Am nächsten Morgen als ich noch schlief wurde nochmal ein Betrag von meiner Kreditkarte gebucht. Als ich das bemerkte zahlte ich bei Check Out die Tourismus Abgabe in Bar. Die Dame am Empfang entschuldigte sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten und versicherte das die Abbuchungen storniert wurden. Nun 3 Wochen später warte ich immer noch auf meine Geld, erhalte keine Rückantworten mehr und musste einen Fall bei meiner Kreditkartenfirma öffnen. Sehr enttäuschend also

This hotel’s winning points are the swimming pool, spa room and breakfast! The staff in the breakfast area are great. For the spa room, the first room given to us the sauna was not working so they needed to switch us to another room. We went from an amazing view to just looking over a roof of the building next to it. The manager in charge at that time said theyo have other available rooms that is similar with better view but we need to pay extra. It was a bit ironic. Nevertheless, we tried to enjoy the rest of our time there. It is isolated and a long walk from everything else so it is ideal for that kind of holiday. Best to take car and not public transport going there.
