Having a wonderful stay at Mandala Hotel and Suites Hai Duong. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect for me, as it was close to city center and Industrial park. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone having business trip in Hai Duong

Room was nice but the staff was super rude I asked late check out and hotel staff allowed to use the room until 13:00 And today wasn’t same staff and they after 11:30 the staff endless knocking and calling , and saying need to get out the room right now , so I explained the checkout time is 1pm ,and the staff said before 1pm I checked out 12:57 and my friend got out the room 13:00 and check out 13:03 The female staff asked 430,000 vnd for 1,2minutes late Haiduong was nice place and the people was lovely but my trip was totally unsuccessful for the one young lady

Some construction still on-going. But hotel is considerably good overall.

I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room and the facilities were also very good and clean. Receptionist was so friendly and helped me to get luggage. Many foreigners stay here. The overall quality is high and the room rate is fine. Will come back !!

Good value budget hotel with great workers Very kind staff, easy location to access everything you would want. Staff was very kind too! Will come back!

Khách sạn khá dễ tìm, ở trung tâm nên thuận tiện đi lại, gần KCN. Phòng sạch sẽ, sang trọng, tiện nghi đầy đủ, ăn sáng được phục vụ tại phòng luôn. Hai bạn lễ tân, nhiệt tình, vui vẻ! Khách sạn có cả bể bơi và gym. Giá phòng hợp lý nên chuyến công tác sau sẽ quay lại và ở lâu hơn!

酒店很新，乾淨 窗户外面的景色非常美麗 價格非常好 我開車衹需要5分鐘就能到達上班地點 服務員態度非常熱情，早餐好吃 我下次出差時肯定會回來

部屋が広くゆったりしておりました。 残念な事は床の清掃が悪く、はだしで歩く子供の足のうらがすぐ真っ黒になり、洗うのが忙しかったです。

在海阳2024年开幕，在此地區已經最新，附近有食店，交通方便，房間很大，有煮食地方，整體可以，獨早餐不太理想

酒店是新建的 房間也很乾凈 特別的大 有點味道 因為是在郊區 所以周邊一般 不過價格還是很香的
