Hotel Perniagaan di Haifa

I was hoping for 10/10, but to tell the truth it was only about a 6.5 for me , my sister stayed here a few weeks ago and said it was amazing , so I quickly cancelled my other hotel in the area and booked this , we are celebrating out 35th wedding anniversary and we did celebrate our 25th in the Dan Tel Aviv , so we thought why not . Check in was quick Was given a upgraded floor , thank you I did not open the envelope handed to me which had a letter in it with hotel info , I just took the keys out , but then again I was not informed it was in there . Small box of chocolates and small box of dates in room , size of room enough for us , pillows need updating much too big , bathroom needs updating , walk in showers needed in 2023 , not a climb in bath . We had plans but wanted to use the swimming pool called to confirm closing times , given wrong times , ran back to hotel to use pool , but it was already closed , attitude from manager was “our problem “. Not good customer service Cocktails Friday night for E Dan members nice touch Breakfast Friday morning was nice enough , good choice , only one hot water stand , had to ask for tea pot to be put on table , otherwise you are walking across the whole room for lukewarm water Saturday morning breakfast, less then half the amount from the day before and stale bread , big disappointment Swimming pool clean , so far enough beds and towels Free tickets to local attractions- Parking costs very high, use blue and white if you can find , book half board on line it works out so much cheaper , trying to add it later is so much more This is my second time here , would I come a third time , it would have to be a special offer to bring me back ,
