"The room is clean. There is the refrigerator but not has the washing machine. The check in staff is kind and helpful, she gives me 2 blankets to put on the bed (one small room has the bed which the surface is very hard). The communication with the staff is nice and smoothly. The location is near to Hongya cave. This apartment is recommended."

PPengguna TetamuThis is an apartment hotel. Lobby is on 28th floor, room is big, full of amenities. you can have tea at the reception desk. The lack of the room is no bathroom mat so always wet, so i used disposable towel. They have laundry room but no proper dryer machine. the have a dryer but combine with others. not recommended. Many hawker food around but the taste are not good. Near metro station but stairs. 1st floor full of convenient store which nice.

Selepas menyeberang jalan dari hotel, turun laluan bawah tanah ke tingkat 9 Hongyadong. Para tetamu boleh membeli tiket pelayaran malam (dari jam 19:30 hingga 22:00, dan tiket tidak terhad kepada masa menaiki pesawat tertentu) di pejabat tiket agensi pelancongan di tingkat satu hotel. Mereka lebih murah daripada tiket di Internet. Pelayaran malam bermula pada jam 19:30 (terdapat beberapa dok kecil untuk menaiki pesawat selepas tiba di Jeti Hongyadong). Adalah disyorkan untuk tiba pada jam 19:00 supaya anda boleh memilih tempat duduk yang baik. Bilik hotel mempunyai saiz yang baik, bersih dan kemas. KKelly YungWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — within walking distance to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and many other tourist attractions, making it very convenient to explore the city. The staff were all very polite, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Special thanks to “Miss Seven” for the exceptional service. I accidentally left my belongings in a DiDi car and was unable to contact the driver myself. Seven spent a lot of time helping to track down the information and contact the driver, and thanks to the effort, my belongings were successfully returned to the hotel the next day. Truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended!

PPengguna TetamuHighly recommended. We stayed in the room with two queen size beds on level 15, forgot the room number. We can see the gorgeous night view every night. Great location: Literally 1 min away from Lingjiangmen station (line 2) and jiefangbei. Plenty of affordable food options available till late night. Great service: the lady manager personally brought us up to our room and explained how to use it. There is no phone in the room but the lady manager added me to her wechat to send me recommendations on where to eat and where to visit. We can also text her if we have any questions. Really passionate about her work yet not overbearing and pushy. There is another older male staff who is less friendly but still delivers service well. Room: so cozy that we didnt want to leave our room. Bed was firm. 2 choices of pillows. Shower had good water pressure. Clothes line for us to hang wet clothes. i also like that they provided a rack near the door where u can hang jackets & sit down to wear shoes. they also provided bedroom slippers, toothbrush, shower caps. Tv had many choices of free local tv programs. Room size was spacious enough for the 3 of us and carpeted. Plenty of power sockets. Everything looks new & well maintained. I feel secure too because u need a password to access the room area. Negatives: 1) the do not disturb sign does not seem to work. The cleaning lady still came in but no complaints since she kindly cleared the dustbin & topped up bottled water and toilet paper, which i appreciated. 2) the building consists of many tenants so have to wait quite some time for the lifts. 3) the hotel name is not displayed on the building exterior. So u need to look for Times Square Apartments, then look for C 座， and take the lift to level 25. Overall, i feel that the management of the hotel really thought through what guests really need from a hotel stay and delivered it well. One of my favorite hotel stays ever!

MmshpltshWonderful hotel! We were given a choice between two rooms, the girls at the reception were incredibly kind and helped us with every question. The view is amazing, and the room is cleaned every day! I don’t know what people are saying about the elevators — getting around was actually very quick and convenient. The view is stunning; you can even watch the drone show right from your window. I also forgot my bag in the room when I was already at the airport, and the caring girls at the reception arranged for it to be delivered to the airport in just 40 minutes — I’ll be grateful to them for the rest of my life! Highly recommend this place!

LLaKdoudou1. Lokasi hotel sangat baik Ia sangat dekat dengan Jiefangbei, Hongyadong, stesen kereta api bawah tanah Ciqikou dan tepi sungai, dan pengangkutan adalah mudah. Di belakang hotel adalah Baixiang Street Terdapat beberapa orang dan pemandangannya bagus, sesuai untuk mengambil gambar Terdapat banyak restoran di atas, yang sangat mudah. Di tingkat bawah hotel adalah Balai Polis Chaotianmen, yang sememangnya selamat. 2. Keadaan bilik dan kebersihannya baik. Biliknya cukup besar, tingkapnya cukup luas, dan pemandangannya dalam dua arah. Terdapat peti sejuk, mesin basuh, ketuhar gelombang mikro dan pinggan mangkuk. Katilnya cukup besar dan sofanya cukup empuk Ia boleh tidurkan orang dewasa di atas sofa. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah pintunya agak lemah dan goyah, dan ia tidak berasa cukup selamat. 3. Perkhidmatan, kakitangan sangat bersemangat, mereka membantu membuka pintu dan menolak bagasi di lobi, dan simpanan bagasi juga sangat formal. 4. Sarapan, saya perlu mengadu tentang ini. Ia terlalu buruk. Restoran ini sangat kecil. Ia mengambil masa yang lama untuk mencari tempat duduk, makanan hanya beberapa perkara yang mudah. KKeith OHalloranThis place was in an ideal location! The same elevators can take you to the famous Square on the 22nd Floor, and only a few minutes walk to Hongyadong historical site. Only 5 minutes walk to the metro station too. Amazing big breakfast as well and lovely view at night. The projector had issues in our room but the staff were quick to make it up to us with snacks and late checkout. Comfortable bed and perfect for our short stay in Chongqing. 👍

EElsa1119山This hotel is a great value when visiting Chongqing, right in the heart of the People's Liberation Monument Center, next to the 18 Stairs, Lu Zu Temple, Hongya Cave, Kuixing Tower and Dai Jiagang. On the left of the downstairs is the Bayi Eating Street. The food is fresh and rich in categories. You can start shopping mode when you go out. The geographical location is absolutely perfect. The front desk (Xiaoyan) was efficient, friendly and patient and had a free room upgrade. The rooms are well laid out, clean and unsmelly, the beds are soft, the toiletries are online and the facilities are well maintained. The public areas were cleaned every day and the overall experience was excellent. I gave a 5 star review directly. I have already recommended it to my friends. I must stay when I come to Chongqing!

FFaizal BThe hotel is old and outdated for the price paid. The aircon kept increasing in temp up to 27C although set at 20C...when informed, reception said it was centralised and nothing can be done... Just switch off the aircon and open the window! - so why put aircon control in room in the first place? No sign in English for foreign tourist to find this hotel therefore confusing to find as there are 3 hotels in the same building! The windows are NOT cleaned, so although I had the bridge view due to the dirty windows, it was NOT worth the price.
