Booked for summer holiday. This location is amazing! So close to the bus stop and shop areas. Price was great, very clean and comfortable... they have a cool rooftop wheee you can enjoy the night or fly a drone! The paint in the entry is lovely and it’s no súper out of tune! Loved it!

Great location. Small but enough space for a short stay. Even had a desk and side table. Clean and with great view from the roof over the old city streets. Nice charm. Big plus. Elevator to get up to the room with lots of luggage. 🤣🤩.

The hotel location is quite good. Staff was nice and helpful. It even has free laundry services. The staff give both kids complimentary gifts.

Overall, the Huangma Yehai International Hotel offered a very positive experience for the price. The room was clean and well-maintained, which is always a priority. A big plus was the modern bathroom featuring a bidet and heated seat - a nice touch you don't always find at this price point. While everything else was great, the pillows weren't the fluffiest. They weren't terrible, but if you're particular about pillow comfort, you might want to bring your own. In conclusion, if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable stay in Haikou, the Huangma Yehai International Hotel is a strong option.

Conveniently located opposite a big shopping mall. Hotel is very new which uses high technology equipments like my girl's favourite entertainer 'xiao du' which is the room 'helper' will switch on/off TV, radio, curtains etc. Personally, I'm impressed with the latest blameless hair dryer which gets my hair dry fast. Most importantly, Hotel provides free use of high tech washing machine and dryer. Without it, I would have a hard type once back home with loads of dirty clothes to wash. That is why I've rebooted this hotel a couple of times during the stay, 1 whole week to be exact. Service is fast too. As the hotel is relatively still new, would be good and look forward if they include swimming pool and a gym soon. Highly recommended.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with detailed information about the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and even recommended some must-visit places in Haikou. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making me feel valued as a guest. The rooms at the Hampton by Hilton were modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. My room was meticulously clean, with comfortable bedding and a well-appointed bathroom. The inclusion of amenities such as a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a coffee maker added an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the well-thought-out layout of the room, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. 酒店大堂寬敞明亮帶有綠植盆栽🪴，每次來海口都住這家酒店，前台笑容很好也很熱情的回答問題，客房衞生也打掃的很乾凈，自助餐廳也有挺多種類的，一樓也有自助洗衣房，總體來説滿意度百分百，推薦大家都可以來入住體驗，停車很方便，靠近上邦陽光城接近國貿商區。

2nd time staying here Near to haikou dong high speed rail Counter service is good. Helpful over the booking of transport. Not all apps back home is applicable here. The room is spacious and clean. In evening, a warm receiving welcome message tag with a handmade towel. Very much appreciated after a tired day. Breakfast is average (limited depends on demand) Cinema is located just next to hotel. Mini bar too. Many shops to room around. Near to MEI LAN airport. 20mins

Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.
