I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton by Hilton hotel in Haikou, Hainan for two nights in April. From start to finish, my experience at this hotel was exceptional, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Haikou. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is fantastic. Situated close to various amenities, I found myself just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Whether I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat or explore the city's vibrant culture, everything was easily accessible. This convenience truly enhanced my overall experience, making it effortless to immerse myself in the local atmosphere. One of the standout features of the hotel was its friendly and English-speaking staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with detailed information about the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and even recommended some must-visit places in Haikou. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making me feel valued as a guest. The rooms at the Hampton by Hilton were modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. My room was meticulously clean, with comfortable bedding and a well-appointed bathroom. The inclusion of amenities such as a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a coffee maker added an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay. Really good - very solidly built, spacious, spotlessly clean rooms. Its a quiet area, but the food is really good in the hotel. Huge breakfast. A great stopover after a flight before travelling on to the rest of the island. I would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good service. Fine price/quality ratio. Located away from downtown but in our case, close to where we needed. Nothing to complain about☺️

The rooms were beautiful and large. Lots of space to store your luggage. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good sleep. The food in the restaurant was pretty good. I had some fried rice and stirred fried vegetables for dinner. Both dishes were very tasty. In addition, the staff were extremely helpful. I had to fill out apps due to the Covid situation and even though it took a little bit of time they didn't hesitate. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but not far from the ocean and about a 15-20 minute taxi ride to downtown. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation.

The front desk were helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Good for a night or 2 stay.

the hotel room itself was nice and clean. beds are too hard. unfortunately there has been a construction. site opposite starting with hammering 6am to 10 pm. Breakfast was some choice, but western food was not eatable (not fresh) and chinese food was just so so. very loud in the breakfast room. the location. is far from city center, you need to cross the bridge which is always stuffed with cars.
