You can fly yourself in the skateboarding area. You can also make snowmen and snow sculptures in the talent exhibition area to show your talents and make snow treasures in your dreams

Our stay was disappointing. The front desk staff were rude and not friendly, which was unwelcoming. The 2-bedded room felt too small, and the breakfast was not good. Staying in the basement level was also unpleasant due to noise from people walking on the floor above, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.”

Exceptional service and very warmth and nice people. We’re using their transfer service and they assist us almost everything upon picking up, shared us about cultures and stories and also bring us around before arrived at the hotel. When arriving, they already someone welcome us at the station and help us to carry our luggage to the hotel and into room. It is a family run hotel, everyone with big smiles and happy vibe. Rooms we had are spacious with good view, bed and pillow was comfy, very clean washroom and it’s overall a very cozy room that make me feels really relaxing. Foods are good with reasonable price, we enjoy the food that they recommended very much.
I’m highly recommended this place if you’re visiting snow town. Will definitely stay there again if am going back in future.

Room and toilet were clean and tidy. Toilet was squatting type. We slept on the ‘kang’ but room has warmer and humidifier. Basement room has urine smell especially at the corridor. Shower heater only can supply hot water for one person shower at a time. Second person need to wait for another 20-30min before another wave of hot water supply. Staff was very friendly and kind to us. We couldn’t make it for breakfast for the next day due to the excursion, but staffs provided us with boiled eggs and mantou on the go. The exterior view of the cottage was breathtaking, plus the snowing on the next day makes this place so magical. Recommend to those who wanna experience snowing.

很滿意的酒店。位置好離雪鄉入口近，這個很重要。進雪鄉都需要旅遊車送到，一家老小拎着行李下車沒吃飯在寒風瑟瑟中希望儘快到酒店的時候，你就知道位置好有多重要。服務好，定好酒店後管家鐵蛋就電話了我。幫我包了車，比****攜程看的都便宜。幫我推薦了路線，大禿子山和冰雪畫廊本來聯票需要一次性玩完，我們去程太晚衹玩了大禿子山，鐵蛋幫我們改成回程玩。免費提供大花襖，包括小朋友的一身可喜慶了。餐廳菜品和服務都很好。唯一一家提供免費紙巾的。雪鄉玩的期間衹要有問題都能馬上聯繫到鐵蛋幫助。除此之外酒店設施，窗外風景都很好。唯一不足是洗澡第一個人洗完第二個人要等40分鐘。所以我們住了兩天都沒洗澡哈哈。

My family were new to north eastern China, and were welcomed by the hotel and staff, who assisted us with our many heavy luggage to the shuttle bus stop. They helped us book day tour to nearby attractions outside the snow town, and also transport to Harbin. When leaving the hotel, I forgot my back pack and fortunately the hotel staff noticed and called me on my phone and even brought it to the shuttle bus stop so that I can grab and go without missing my bus. Many thanks to boss and staff!

Booked with lower expectations due to other review , but imho it was decent and price was acceptable , there some smell on the bed but I feel is still acceptable for us , the bathroom didn’t have any bad smell and water is hot. Breakfast was average but good enough to fill our stomach.

算得上是雪鄉最乾淨整潔的現代套房了，對睡炕沒有執念，冰天雪地帶着長者小孩來雪鄉玩，住環境一定要住最好的，慶幸選對了雪景嘉華酒店，快走到雪韻大街裏面，最出鏡的中國雪鄉牌坊對面，位置絕佳，我們行李多，老闆人狠話不多，爽快的幫我們叫了人工爬犁拖行李，可能因為旺季房價貴的原因，增值服務免費接送。洗澡水熱的，有電熱馬桶，洗浴用品也提供，暖氣開的很足。在牌坊附近吃飯不踩雷，聽説年底那幾天主街上的住房很緊張，兩千多一鋪難求被吐槽。既然來雪鄉住，也做好心理準備，接受這邊旅遊景區的物價比哈爾濱高，溢價背後確實需要人力物力支撐，畢竟這邊運輸物資太難了，房租高企，一季吃一年。我們選擇新年後來雪鄉還好，兩千多住上套房知足了。

入住的酒店環境也是很好，設施設備齊全温馨，酒店位置好，下樓就是雪韻大街，門口即是雪景，真的不虛此行。

Only 1 bath towel provided per room for twin sharing. Instead we were provided with single use towel which is the size of hand towel for shower. I requested for the bigger towel but was told that each room is only provided 1.
Could smell people smoking at the common corridor.
No mineral water provided and have to request from reception counter. Hot water is also upon request. No kettle in the room.
Breakfast provided was plain porridge with hard boil egg, pickled vegetables and a hard bun.
Room was on level 2 and had to lug the luggage up, no one to help.
Well, not easy to find accommodation around the area. Suitable for a night sleep, that’s all.
The counter staff very friendly though.

Good location. 3 mins walk from the place where the internal snow village bus drops us. It is inside the snow village The room is clean and warm. The bed mattress is thick and comfortable. Wifi and drinking water tap (need to boil before drinking) inside the room. The water heater is working well. 5% discount on meals for in~house guests. Staff are friendly. Foreigners are welcome to stay here. We are a family of 4 from Singapore. Highly recommended. Chinese name of mingsu is 勇者家园。

PPengguna Tetamu非常滿意的一次住宿體驗。雪鄉住宿環境惡劣，招待所的環境，星級酒店的收費。這家民宿在距離雪鄉六公里的一個村莊處，夜晚環境幽靜。房間內部乾淨整潔，老闆娘服務態度很好。我們是晚上十一點多到的，也在等我們。第二天晚起也依然留了早餐。非常感謝。第二天在民宿要的午餐，味道很好，且乾淨衞生。民宿還有專車接送雪鄉，安排非常妥當。下次去還可以選擇這家。

PPengguna Tetamu之所以來雪鄉 因為我這次出行的箱子顏色冰藍的 看着就和雪鄉的名字配眼緣 看縮略圖有種親切感 點進來後看傢俱配色真就是和家裡一樣 啊哈 瞬間就確定了落腳地的決定 屋裡佈置乾淨舒適 又和家裡傢俱色一樣 進來有種直接回家的感覺 瞬間鬆弛感就上來了 嗯 而且屋裡好乾凈 心情直接大加分 這次回去也要收收屋子了 愉快的一次出行

KKwang HinLocation is good in front of the bus drop-off and night time the area in front of hotel is use for Disco party.
The boss and staffs are friendly and help us send our luggages to the bus which is quite a distance from hotel. Highly recommend if you going to visit snow town.

TtinaarWe chose to stay at this hotel due to its proximity to the snow village. It is a very outdated and overpriced hotel. For the premium $400+ I spet I didn't feel it was value for money. It seems the owners do not put their money back into the hotel. The carpet was disgusting, the window sill did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time. The sheets had holes. There was a tissue stuck in the wall. It has aingerjng smoke smell. Some fresh paint and a wipe over would do a lot. We made do because we were really there to see the Snow Village and I am glad we needn't spend much time in the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful to my family and I as we do not speak the language. They were able to help us book a return transfer and also an outing for the day. The breakfast was traditional Chinese and the people around us seemed to be enjoying it. The big letdown was the room, it did seem like no money has been put back into the hotel. It could be a very nice place. For the premium price you would think the hotel would have a free luggage service available.
