My family were new to north eastern China, and were welcomed by the hotel and staff, who assisted us with our many heavy luggage to the shuttle bus stop. They helped us book day tour to nearby attractions outside the snow town, and also transport to Harbin. When leaving the hotel, I forgot my back pack and fortunately the hotel staff noticed and called me on my phone and even brought it to the shuttle bus stop so that I can grab and go without missing my bus. Many thanks to boss and staff!

Selepas menyemak imbas beberapa B&B yang terkenal, akhirnya saya memilih Fairy Tale Courtyard Lelaki dari Timur Laut China itu benar-benar mesra dan berjenaka. Dia berasa seperti ahli keluarganya sendiri kami melakukan semua yang kami perlu lakukan, termasuk Errenzhuan dan kereta salji terlebih dahulu. Dia membantu kami membeli tiket murah, membiarkan kami bermain dengan percikan air dan membuat ais secara percuma, malah memberi kami pear beku dan kesemak untuk dimakan pada dasarnya menjawab semua permintaan kami! 這家有電梯，方便了不少，至少不像之前的民宿，需要我們自己提行李箱上去，而且他家房間床鋪很舒服，他家的設計風格，簡約而不失格調是我喜歡的風格！我沒有想到的是，在房間裏拍照都很出片！前台小姐姐很熱情，還為我們提供了詳細的旅遊攻略，讓我們輕鬆規劃行程！🥰🥰🥰

老闆本地人很愛惜雪鄉的口碑，老闆和家人也真有東北人的豪爽和熱情，酒店自家剛翻修房間很大，設施設備都很新，馬桶也是加熱的（感人），服務很親切，來去雪鄉大晚上大早晨出發的麻煩老闆幫忙拼了很多次車，都一一儘量幫忙落實，拼車價格也合理。房間看着乾淨衞生住的很舒心，酒店旁邊有一條河，二浪河的雪很大在二浪河心很暖。

入住前看了不少評論， 入住後體驗非常好， 有以下三點值得稱讚：
1、安排車輛。霞姐安排包車從亞布力西站接到酒店（50元/人）、從酒店到大**山景點、雪鄉景點（100 元/人，來回）、從酒店送到亞布力陽光滑雪場（50 元/人）， 衹要提前跟霞姐溝通好確認大致時間，霞姐都能安排的妥妥當當。 我們是兩家人 4 大 4 小，六件行李，所以出行安排特別重要。
2、霞姐酒店對面的餐廳味道不錯，算得上中上水平， 80% 的菜品我們都很滿意， 少數一兩個菜我們吃不太慣但也是我們湖南湖北人的口味問題， 常見的東北菜（鍋包肉，小雞燉蘑菇，小葱豆腐，辣椒幹豆腐，熗炒土豆絲，酸菜豬肉水餃等等）都做的蠻不錯的，人均大概 50 左右，四大四小吃飯一頓400 元左右。早餐是稀飯、饅頭、雞蛋還有好幾個小菜，10 元一位，小孩不收錢，非常清爽的營養早餐！
3、居住條件符合預期。大炕房間睡一家四口（兩大兩小）毫無問題，熱水很給力， 房間很暖和（甚至是太熱了，晚上太熱了睡不着讓霞姐過來開窗户透點涼氣）。
我們經常在外面遊玩，住過的酒店也算多了，總結來説，這次在二浪河霞姐預訂的民宿是非常不錯的入住體驗！ 我給大家的建議是預訂前後多電話或者微信上溝通確認，管理好自己的預期，出來玩最重要的是好的心情，良好的溝通會讓你的行程更加美好！

KKrystenelleI must commend the owner of this hotel for her warmth and friendliness. The property has recently undergone renovations, and the sincerity of both the owner and the staff is palpable. During our stay, we enjoyed the exceptional food; we ordered lunch on both Day 1 (when we arrived) and Day 2 (before we leave) and regretted not trying dinner as well. In my opinion, the meals surpassed those offered at the restaurant we visited at Xueyunjie.
As a first-time traveler to Harbin, Snow Town, accompanied by my family, which includes three children and my mother-in-law, I greatly appreciated the assistance provided by the hotel owner. She was prompt in her responses and guided me with clear directions to reach the hotel. Furthermore, she arranged for her husband to meet us at the shuttle bus drop-off area to help with our luggage.
I am truly grateful for her support and am impressed by her patience. Her staff members were equally friendly and down-to-earth.
The hotel’s setup resembles that of a high-end homestay, featuring newly renovated interiors. The room we booked, while not large, was adequate for our needs. The kang bed comfortably accommodated two adults and two children, while the queen-size bed on the opposite side was suitable for two adults.
Overall, our stay was quite pleasant. The choice of floor tiles over carpeting was a wise decision, as it facilitates easier cleaning.
One area for potential improvement is the condensation near the window, which can sometimes cause the bay window to become slightly damp, making it unsuitable for placing belongings. However, this did not significantly detract from our experience.
In summary, my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality provided by Yundingjiudian. If asked whether I would stay again, my answer would be an unequivocal yes!

房間更是讓人滿意，空間很大，佈局合理，採光超棒。床鋪整潔又舒適，睡一覺別提多解乏了。衞生間乾淨無異味，淋浴熱水出得快，洗漱用品一應俱全。
服務更是沒得説，不管是叫客房服務送東西，還是諮詢周邊遊玩訊息，工作人員都耐心又專業，響應速度超快。
整體體驗感絕佳，性價比超高，下次來玩還選這家酒店，大家放心入住哦！

PPengguna TetamuThe lady was very friendly and welcoming, recommending delicious local food for us to try. We booked two rooms, and she kindly upgraded them so we could stay on the same floor. They do request a deposit. The rooms were warm, but we suggest improving the air quality as the cigarette smoke smell was quite strong, which was challenging for us as we’re sensitive to smoke. Since we only stayed one night, it was bearable. We hope to return one day to this beautiful place.

Only 1 bath towel provided per room for twin sharing. Instead we were provided with single use towel which is the size of hand towel for shower. I requested for the bigger towel but was told that each room is only provided 1.
Could smell people smoking at the common corridor.
No mineral water provided and have to request from reception counter. Hot water is also upon request. No kettle in the room.
Breakfast provided was plain porridge with hard boil egg, pickled vegetables and a hard bun.
Room was on level 2 and had to lug the luggage up, no one to help.
Well, not easy to find accommodation around the area. Suitable for a night sleep, that’s all.
The counter staff very friendly though.

TTiffieThis hotel is situated in snow town and the location is great. We are staying slightly away from the street where you get peace and quiet. And we like that it's close to the bus station. What's really good is the service. You can chat with them to get all kinds of services including a private car and lots of information. They also have a sleigh where they will help you with your luggage when you arrive and depart 👍 they gave us a room with really good view too! Note that there's not elevator so you'll bring your luggage up and down if you're staying on the third floor

PPengguna Tetamu非常滿意的一次住宿體驗。雪鄉住宿環境惡劣，招待所的環境，星級酒店的收費。這家民宿在距離雪鄉六公里的一個村莊處，夜晚環境幽靜。房間內部乾淨整潔，老闆娘服務態度很好。我們是晚上十一點多到的，也在等我們。第二天晚起也依然留了早餐。非常感謝。第二天在民宿要的午餐，味道很好，且乾淨衞生。民宿還有專車接送雪鄉，安排非常妥當。下次去還可以選擇這家。

KKwang HinLocation is good in front of the bus drop-off and night time the area in front of hotel is use for Disco party.
The boss and staffs are friendly and help us send our luggages to the bus which is quite a distance from hotel. Highly recommend if you going to visit snow town.
