Ryokan Kiritani Hakoneso

Very nice ryokan, food is delicious and onsen is great! However, it’s located is on an upslope and difficult to get there with luggages/ rainy day.

All service is good. Onsen is small but also not crowded

箱根這家酒店，真的非常值得推薦，距離大涌谷景點衹有幾公里，温泉質量高。周邊有箱根美術館，強羅公園，還有軌道纜車。山林茂密，房間窗户看出去景色就很美。有個獨立的温泉館，也有樓內的温泉池，大玻璃直接對着叢林，室外的小池有圍籬遮擋，但能看到白雲從藍天飄過。在酒店訂的晚餐和早餐，精緻美味一大片，好看又好吃。

各種好，餐廳的老爺爺很是周到，每天問明白飯店準時準備熱菜熱飯。前台的小哥也無比熱情，遇上下雨天沒有帶傘，把我們送到車站還送了把傘，要給買傘的錢也不收，各種幫打車幫預訂不厭其煩

前日行ってきました。 チェックインの際にいただいた ウェルカムお茶がとても温かくてほっこりしました。 従業員の丁寧な対応と美味しい料理、温泉の質も良かったです。 強羅駅や箱根公園も徒歩で行ける距離にあって 移動にも便利でした。 またの機会がありましたらぜひ利用したいです。 ありがとうございました。

服務人員的服務不錯，但是房間設施很差，很舊，房間沒有淋浴，窗户又不能打開，體驗感不好.

This place is worn down. It’s dirty, the hot springs are completely uninviting (read: gross) - it’s a super budget place. It’s also totally boring at night. There’s nothing to do or see if you get trapped inside because of the rain. There are no common areas and you have no choice but to sit in your room on the floor on top of the duvet (it’s not a futon). If you are here in a couple, extra sorry foe you - kids and babies everywhere (again, it’s budget). Definitely would not stay here again. :( #bored #hungry #sucks

Mi experiencia en el Kiritani Hakoneso fue profundamente desalentadora y, francamente, una afrenta a los estándares de hospitalidad japonesa. La habitación que se me asignó estaba notablemente sucia y emitía un olor desagradable que indicaba una clara falta de limpieza y mantenimiento. Los muebles y las instalaciones mostraban signos evidentes de deterioro y envejecimiento, lo que contribuyó a una sensación general de descuido. El servicio del personal dejó mucho que desear, con una falta de atención y profesionalismo que no se corresponde con las expectativas de un establecimiento de este tipo. La ausencia total de acceso a WiFi, en una era donde la conectividad es fundamental, es inexcusable y muestra una falta de consideración hacia las necesidades de los huéspedes. En conclusión, el Kiritani Hakoneso es, sin lugar a dudas, el peor hotel en el que he tenido el desafortunado placer de hospedarme en todo el país. Su falta de limpieza, comodidad y atención al cliente representa una vergüenza para la reputación de la hospitalidad japonesa. The room I was assigned was noticeably dirty and emitted an unpleasant odor, indicating a clear lack of cleanliness and maintenance. The furniture and facilities showed obvious signs of deterioration and aging, contributing to an overall sense of neglect. The service from the staff left much to be desired, with a lack of attentiveness and professionalism that did not meet the expectations of such an establishment. The complete absence of WiFi access, in an era where connectivity is crucial, is inexcusable and shows a disregard for the needs of guests. In conclusion, Kiritani Hakoneso is unequivocally the worst hotel I have had the unfortunate pleasure of staying in throughout the country. Its lack of cleanliness, comfort, and customer care is a disgrace to the reputation of Japanese hospitality. I strongly recommend seeking accommodation elsewhere to avoid a similar experience.

駅からも近くアクセスはよかったです。 リニューアルされて間もないのか館内はきれいでした。 部屋からの眺めがよく掃除も行き届いており安心して滞在できました。 お風呂は泉質、温度とも良好。濁り湯でかけ流しの温泉には身も心も癒されました。食事は程よい量で味付けもよかったです。個室での食事も安心できました。 またいつの日か再訪したいと思います。
