It's near Hakonemachi port and the bus terminal of line H. The room is large with a high ceiling and lake view. The washroom is a bit old fashioned. There is a French restaurant, a teppanyaki restaurant and a casual bar restaurant. Car park in front of the hotel.

日式酒店，小而精緻，服務細緻。早餐晚餐還算用心，比較豐富，味道OK，温泉很舒服，房間也很寬敞。不足的就是交通比較不方便，包車可以選。公區小，沒有庭院。而且給我們安排的房間在一樓角落，房間私湯就是對着一牆土坡，安排了家庭露天私湯，在山腳下，就是看着土坡，泡湯時完全沒有享受到一點精緻，完全沒有官圖的半點風景，一晚接機六千這樣的安排還真是挺添堵的。

看到前台有中文服務立馬訂了房間，對於我這種第一次出國不懂日語英語也不能深入溝通的中國人簡直是太好了。這個季節日本天黑真的是太早了，逛完博物館出來就天黑了，還好聯繫上前台建議我們打車去酒店，到酒店已經天黑了，酒店在山上，植被很好空氣很棒也很安靜，房間是日式的，整個房間的風格都很棒也很大很乾凈，入住的時候還有和服的浴袍，跟着視頻學穿了好久好像會那麼一丟丟了😄酒店的主管小哥哥是台灣同胞，還有前台的小姐姐們都超級熱情，還開車帶我們去買吃的，跟我們聊很多當地的風俗和美食，還有酒店未來的一個設計和規劃，很期待下次來的樣子，晚上我們泡了私湯，很舒服也很私密，私湯裏配的面膜真的超級好用，所以我帶走了一片…☺嘿嘿…
第二天主管小哥哥和小姐姐送我們去坐車，跟我們説哪裡好玩怎麼去，哪裡什麼東西值得吃，真的是很棒的一次體驗，下次帶爸媽還過來這家酒店，不僅環境好衞生好，人也超級好😊

The room is very nice with a lot of space and a nice view overseeing the river and small waterfall. The facilities like the private onsen is super nice as well. Public bath - we tried both , are good standard too. And super clean too. However, two things need to be mindful of:
1. The meal isn’t great as expected - they serve kids lunch as kids dinner, and for adults one, it is not the kind of nice setup I imagined
2. The tatami blanket is …. Below hygiene standard. I feel super itchy staying under the blanket and my boy got some bugs bite sadly. I hope they can arrange for a big clean up everytime.

the villa is located in an idyllic and very quiet location in the mountains. It is equipped with all modern comfort equipment. the standard is the same as in modern homes in the capital.

リモートワークとリフレッシュを兼ねて2泊3日でお世話になりました。
建物はリフォーム済みとの事で外装も室内も綺麗でした。
清掃もしっかりとされていて快適に過ごせました。
特に気に入ったのは浴室。
白いタイルの壁と手触りの良い木で縁取られた浴槽。
掛け流しの温泉と合わせて最高の時間を過ごせました。
少しだけ気になる点です。
・温泉を出す蛇口の設置箇所が解りにくい。（浴室窓の外側にありました）
・洗濯機はあるが洗濯用洗剤は置いてない。
・冷蔵庫に前の方が置いていった使い掛けの調味料が多数あり清潔感がない。
細かい事を書きましたが全体的に満足度は高いです。また伺います。

Ganz spezieller Ort, kein 08/15-Kettenhotel. Trägt deutlich die Handschrift des Besitzer in Bezug auf die Inneneinrichtung, die 70er, Kunst der Pilze und alternative Lebensweise blitzen durch. Die angebotenen Fertiggerichte sind von top Qualität, man hat die Wahl zwischen unterschiedlichsten Mahlzeiten die man in der Mikro, auf dem Herd oder im Ofen erwärmt. Grandiose Sake-Karte und ein Craft-Beer Automat. Die Preise sind absolut fair. Da arbeiten echte Menschen mit Interesse am Wohlbefinden der Gäste. Onsen ziemlich klein aber tiptop in Ordnung. Liegt etwas abseits.

MMeng ChuanHad a delightful stay at the ryokan. The rooms are quite impeccable with the smell of the hinoki filling the room, it was quite heavenly.
We chose the room with the outdoor bath. And given the cool weather, our bathing experience was amazing.
The location was also perfect if you are making a trip to the Sengokuhara Susuki Pampas Grass fields, which is such a scenic spot and of which we enjoyed walked to and through in the setting sun.
We also opted to have dinner at the ryokan, who specially made it Halal-friendly for us.
What's most amazing to us regarding the ryokan was the service. We had a Nepalese staff speaking with us most of the time, as he was the best in English. He personally brought us to our room and even gave an introduction to the room, and what we needed to take note off. After we checked out, he enquired how we were making our way to the train station. There was conveniently located bus stop just outside the ryokan, so we were going to take that. On our way out, he drove out and stopped along the road beside us (good thing there was no traffic) and to our utter surprise offered to drive us to the train station. We found out that he was actually knocking off, but instead of going straight home to rest (before his next shift in the evening), he wanted to drive us to the station. We were exceptionally touched at his extremely kind gesture (as we didn't think it was hotel protocol to do so). Nonetheless, his actions left us a beautiful and lasting impression on the ryokan.
Would definitely go again for the luxurious experience!

PPengguna Tetamu리뷰 중 엘리베이터 내리면 간장냄새 난다고 했는데 식사를 방으로 가져다 주기 때문에 그런 듯 했고.
흡연가능 방이라고 해서 냄새 걱정했는데 냄새 나지 않았다.
제일 좋았던 건 멜론빵처럼 생긴 이불이었고 편하게 꿀잠잤다.
음식은 사시미는 좋았으나 스키야끼(샤브샤브)는 돼지고기여서 생소했고 남겼다.
방으로 음식을 가져다 주고, 이불 깔고 치워주는 것은 어색하고 송구했다.
프라이빗 온천은 딸이랑 둘이서 갔다가 어둡고 조용함에 무서워서 30분 만에 돌아왔다. 무서움을 잘 느낀다면 되도록 해지지 않은 상태에서 이용하길.
일본 온천 료칸 문화 체험용으론 좋았다.

Xxy.fftThe service was really good, we had to drive from Tokyo so it took a while and we were kinda delayed by traffic for a bit due to it being one lane. Our hosts are really kind and help with parking our cars and bringing us our luggages. Although we thought it was advertised as a hotel, it's actually a ryokan. Really apologetic for the inconvenience from us during our stay there, we checked in late and even came back late during one of the night - resulting in us missing dinner service (they even set up and left some food for us). We also wanted to leave for the convenience store close to midnight, only to find out that the doors are all shut, we didn't want to make them do extra work so we went back to our rooms.
The rooms are great and the views are so beautiful, it's amazing to wake up to such greenery / mountain view. Breakfast and dinner service will be in the rooms and the staff will help us lay and keep our futons as well. I had the chance to soak in one of the private baths, it was really relaxing and nice, warms me right up since it was around 10 degrees in the autumn. Amenities provided are very adequate as well, even in the baths (public/private). Besides all that, there's a lounge area with massage chairs, it was the best thing ever, highly recommend to try it during your stay.
It's more convenient if you drive, there are convenience stores are few mins drive away. The entrance from the road is a really sharp bend so you need to take note in case you missed it. Plenty of parking space as well, wouldn't be a concern during your stay. Shoes are removed right at the lobby and kept by the staffs, very homely vibes.
Overall a pleasant stay with them and would love for more people to experience what I've experienced. Thank you to all staff and hosts who made it possible. If there's a chance, I'd love to visit again.

TTimothyIf you have extra money, this could be a nice way to indulge. However, a word of warning. If you're arriving at Odawara train station, there's no way to get to the hotel except by the hotel shuttle. Taxis won't take you. And the hotel shuttle won't take you unless you've placed your name on the reservation list ahead of time. Nobody warned me about this. I'd read online that a connecting train takes you near the hotel, but this isn't true either. I arrived during a snow/ice storm and waited over 3 hours before I could get a ride to the hotel. The shuttle driver wouldn't let me on. I called the hotel front desk 3 or 4 times, but they weren't very helpful. I suppose this is the language barrier. They meant well. But regardless, if a shuttle reservation is the only way to access a remote mountain top hotel, it's pretty important to make sure your guests understand this. Once I did arrive, I have to admit the room was beautiful. The buffet dinner was fantastic but not included in the price of the room - a little disappointing, since the room is already so expensive. Lots of extra costs, so be careful. I received a really great massage in my room. The onsen hot spring was very nice, and free (included in room charge). Breakfast the next morning was also included in room charge. The hotel bar was closed, though. There wasn't much opportunity to socialize or meet people. I did check out the lake the next morning, which was beautiful in the snowfall. I'm sharing photos of that. There wasn't time to check out much else because I had to get back on the shuttle bus at 10:30 to catch my next train. I suppose if there hadn't been an ice storm, I would have checked out more of the surrounding area and appreciated it.

Ccghucgke登山火車站出來轉個彎就到酒店了 環境很好 設備很齊全 洗漱水乳都有帶個換洗就能直接入住的 我把行李寄存在東京酒店去的 ，晚飯懷石質量挺好，如果吃不慣懷石可以在前一站森之美術下車對面就是羅森 買點零食方便麪微波爐叮個飯！

PPengguna TetamuI love this hotel! From the moment we were ushered in from the shuttle coming via Odawara stn, the hotel felt very welcoming. Reception was a large open table that is not your typical hotel reception that feel too formal. we were first brought to the lower bar seating area where it’s comfy sofa seating. Check in took awhile as many guests were received from the hotel shuttle bus (25-30 seater). Staff always check in with us on the progress while we waited. Room came with private onsen though I hope it could have been the natural spring water instead of tap. Love the huge room size thats great for little kids to run around, met my standard of cleanliness as well. Breakfast adequate but not a huge spread which I find pricey at 3900 yen. Some bread, fried jap style fish, somen, cold appetisers, veg dips, fruits, around 6-8 hot dishes including omelette and poached eggs. Yet a lot of drink choices fr milk, soy, juices, teas, etc. we had the set dinner 18000 yen and 15000 yen as both of us had diff menus. Was a 3-4 course dinner, nothing out of this world and we didnt want the hassle of walking out to find food. This was one hotel we found many singaporeans (we are one too) as breakfast and dinnertime in resto is when we
started noticing the accents. Nearby is a 7-11 nearby around 300m by foot if you feel peckish in middle of the night. Very pleasant stay, like that they provide mpv service to and fro gora station that would be most main boarding point to other attractions, mind that it runs till 6pm so any later you can take the Hakone Tozan bus which brings you to the pizza resto just a short 50m walk from hotel main road.

+ The hot spring bath is very cozy with a nice nature view. The Sauna was great.
+ I wasn't satisfied with one room and could change to another room with large balcony without questioning.
+ The view from the hotel is wonderful, especially during nice weather.
+ Great value for money.
- Dining in the hotel is only possible with reservation, arriving spontaneously for dinner is not possible.
- The bar was closed. But the Gora Brewery is only a 10-minute foot walk away.
