Best Onsen experience in hakone !

Extremely clean, and my girlfriend and I were both very satisfied! Both the private on-suite bath and the public hot spring bath were spotless. We definitely want to go again!

The location was out of town so not so many shop around the hotel and you have to take a tram to town to get groceries etc. Buffet breakfast was nice so dont hae to stress. Private Onsen was great but need more instructions especially english. There was a shuttle service but no way to communicate with them unless you have a local sim. It was great stay but you need to be prepared for some logistics and walking or plan ahead with food/snacks etc.

My overall experience at the hotel was good. However, its location is a bit out of the way, so I'd recommend having a car.

Getting to and from the hotel was a bit inconvenient at first, but we managed fine once we got our bearings. It was a great plus that there were Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk. Breakfast was delicious. Dinner was excellent one night, but quite mediocre the other – perhaps due to the larger crowd. Overall, staff service was just average.

While the location is a little out of the way, it's very comfortable and parking is convenient.

The hotel is located at the hill of mountain. The hill is very steep. If you travel with luggage it will be very stressful. The dinner at hotel is expensive. There is a small restaurant nearby, walking time 2 minutes, have affordable food.

Overpriced. The food was not wonderful and not Japanese style. Far better food in Tokyo. I would not come to Hakone for this Ryokan. The fridge was extremely noisy and both the tatamis had blood stains on the sheets and on the actual tatami mattress that you have to setup yourself. Free parking. Disgusting. Chinese tourists also ruining this ryokab leaving wet used underwear in the showers.

Private onsen is nice but the room is relatively small and facilities are limited for this price. Dinner is good and staff is friendly.

The hotel has Chinese-speaking staff who were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time booking with this hotel. It is one of the most luxurious places we've stayed. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the toiletries available in the room are great quality, the buffet breakfast is tasty and varied. The private bath on the balcony was really nice after a long, cold day (although it was a little too hot for me to stay in as long as I wanted, wish we could adjust adding in a bit of cold water). If we're ever in the mood to relax again in Hakone, we'll look at booking here first!
