Hotel berhampiran Piercing Hole di Ha Long

Отель достаточно новый, в новом туристическом квартале. Всё новое (ноябрь 2023). Так как отель в новом районе рядом нет кафе или магазинов, до центра 20 минут пешком, до моря 7 минут пешком. Не лучшая уборка, но думаю это случайность.

It was good hotel especially beding was so good. Very cozy. We can rent a bike that was useful . Hotel Nas swimming pool and private beach they eun electronic car they take us and return back, too. It was si nice. They gave me informations about booking limousine therefore I can easily move other places Breakfast was nice. But so many people crowded IIt was like a market. But food was nice. Totally It was good experience.

The overall feeling is not good . The crew is trying to be nice but it always feel like they see you as a wallet and not more . Every extra service they offer is over priced. The cruise is nice . The trip day attraction was very burning and waist of time . I would expand for more value for my money. And with so many great options to choose in halong bay I don’t see any reason to choose them . Sorry

Het was uitzonderlijk stil in het hotel dat duidelijk ingesteld is op veel bezoekers. Waarschijnlijk zijn ze daar dan ook goed op voorbereid maar bij minder drukte weten ze niet hoe ze er mee om moeten gaan. Het restaurant waar men wel mee adverteert was twee van de drie dagen gewoon gesloten voor eigen gasten. De t****e avond heeft men ons wel keurig per golfkar naar een restaurant gebracht. De kamer was ruim en goed onderhouden. De IT specialist heeft voor ons zelfs het kanaal K+ sport geïnstalleerd zodat we naar de formule 1 race konden kijken op zondagmiddag. De derde dag was er geen beloofd ontbijtbuffet maar dat werd redelijk goed gecompenseerd door service aan de tafel. Kortom, een verblijf met plussen en minnen maar de intentie van het hotel is goed. Nogmaals, bij drukte al het waarschijnlijk veel beter verlopen. Een ander minpuntje is dat het personeel, ook aan de receptie, nauwelijks Engels praat. Bij een hotel met een degelijke internationaal karakter zou dat niet moeten mogen.

We had great time in grand pradise. Totally satisfied with the service and itinerary. Especially thank to Tom who served my table. My parents felt very comfortable with his service. It has been a week since the travel. We are already missing the trip on the grand paradise cruise.

I stayed with my parents at @flc.hotelsandresorts in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam and here’s my feedback ⬇️ 👉 Truly a luxurious stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a really nice view of the golf course and part of Ha Long Bay. 👉 You have to visit the Sky Bar on 21st floor & Bamboo Restaurant. they both are top notch! .👉 Swimming pool was great but we didn’t use due to cold weather but they have indoor temperature controlled swimming pool as well which was equally wonderful 👉 Hotel staff left no stone unturned to make our stay memorable. 👉Only few staff speak English but that won’t be any issue 👉 Overall, if you planning with your parents/family, you should Consider this one..

We stayed here towards the end of our trip. It was a great place to switch off and relax on the balcony, read a book, go to the gym, go for a swim in the pool etc. There are lots of kids around given it's a family friendly place. The buffet breakfast was really yummy with lots of different options (I'm gluten intolerant and there was still plenty to choose from). We paid for the buffet dinner one night which was nice however, I was expecting there to be some drinks other than water and tea/coffee on offer, you could buy drinks through the bar for an additional cost. Grounds are kept really well and the boat to and from the mainland was cool too.

Beautiful and modern hotel. I received top notch service and will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It recently opened and everything is new. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating.

Initially we booked for 3 days But then we liked the place a lot so we extended for 10 more days Upon extension they gave us delicious cookies, fruits and put flower decorations on our bed We booked for a one bedroom unit. They gave us a whole house with four bedrooms but locked the other three, so we are left with a very big space. The rooms are cleaned up everyday. The unit was huge it even has a garden in front and at the back of the house and it was my favorite feature The gardens and plant life are well maintained all around the resort which makes it so peaceful and calming. Different birds visit the trees and you can them see from the balcony. The resort is very close to the beach. You can take a short walk to get there. There's a gym with many equipment. And two big pools, one with a view of the shore. You can also borrow a pedal bike that you can use the roam around town. There are movie channels on the TV that my husband and I get to watch every night Their laundry machine does not have a drying function but without a fee they were able to lend us a laundry rack a lot of hangers and clips and I was able to air dry our clean wet laundry Of course there are a few things that can be improved. Like the ground floor carpet needs to be cleaned and the shower needs more water pressure. But other than that, for 3,800 PH pesos a night, it was a steal! Upon check out they gave us delicious cookies again for takeaway. All the staff are lovely people. We were treated nicely in our whole stay. I would definitely choose this place again when we go back to Ha Long.

Halios là một trong những lựa chọn khiến mình hài lòng nhất trong chuyến đi du lịch Hạ Long lần này. Xe đưa đoàn mình tới khách sạn vào 12h30 trưa. Đoàn mình được hỗ trợ check in sớm hoàn toàn miễn phí. Các bạn nhân viên đều thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Nhà mình có đi theo gợi ý các quán ăn ngon mà bạn lễ tân chỉ. Đồ ăn đều ngon, giá cả phải chăng. Phòng ốc hiện đại, sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Điều hòa 2 chiều, Nóng lạnh 24/24. Mình không nghĩ với mức giá tương đối thấp mà chọn được phòng ở một khách sạn chất lượng như vậy. Nhất định mình sẽ chọn Halios cho chuyến đi tới Hl lần tới
