good quality, nice room, enthusiastic staff, delicious food, everything is great. You can go in and out at any time, the hotel is always open to welcome you. The location of the hotel is in the center, so there are many fun places around, you don't have to go too far to have a fun day

I stayed with my parents at @flc.hotelsandresorts in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam and here’s my feedback ⬇️ 👉 Truly a luxurious stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a really nice view of the golf course and part of Ha Long Bay. 👉 You have to visit the Sky Bar on 21st floor & Bamboo Restaurant. they both are top notch! .👉 Swimming pool was great but we didn’t use due to cold weather but they have indoor temperature controlled swimming pool as well which was equally wonderful 👉 Hotel staff left no stone unturned to make our stay memorable. 👉Only few staff speak English but that won’t be any issue 👉 Overall, if you planning with your parents/family, you should Consider this one..

Mình có nghỉ tại khách sạn để trải nghiệm dịch vụ 4 sao nhưng mình thấy chưa phù hợp với chữ 4 sao. Hành lang khách sạn không bật điều hòa rất nóng và bí, thang máy bé nóng và bí. Mình hi vọng ở khách sạn 4 sao để buffet sẽ có nhiều lựa chọn hơn nhưng mình cảm thấy rất buồn khi đồ ăn ít lựa chọn, đồ nguội và không ngon

We stayed here towards the end of our trip. It was a great place to switch off and relax on the balcony, read a book, go to the gym, go for a swim in the pool etc. There are lots of kids around given it's a family friendly place. The buffet breakfast was really yummy with lots of different options (I'm gluten intolerant and there was still plenty to choose from). We paid for the buffet dinner one night which was nice however, I was expecting there to be some drinks other than water and tea/coffee on offer, you could buy drinks through the bar for an additional cost. Grounds are kept really well and the boat to and from the mainland was cool too.

I had a great time at this Hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. I went during the Labor Day holiday and it was a bit chaotic especially during check in, I was lucky enough to have the manager to help me check in, he was so nice and friendly he even noticed I was exhausted and hungry, promised to get me a room asap and voilà! I got a room upgrade. The restaurant food was ok but a bit overpriced, other than that it was great staying there! The staff at the restaurants are so friendly and kind…

This hotel is visually appealing, but it ends there. That doesn't really matter when you are there for 1 night, as our group of 30 was. My shower did not work in the morning, and I learned that 2 other rooms in our group did not have a working shower either. We had an early departure, and no effort by front desk to resolve so that showers could be taken. We spent the day driving on a bus from Halong Bay to Hanoi, un-showered. 1 shower out of 13 rooms not working, I can understand that. 3 showers not working is a symptom of a bigger problem at this property. AVOID

We celebrated our anniversary holiday at ha long Bay. Stayed at Ramada hotel Suites by Wyndham Ha long Bay view for 6 days. Had an unforgettable anniversary. Special thanks to Ms. Hong, F & B manager. During our 6 days stay Provides a lot of information and services. Since I am a foreigner, I can't communicate with the staff. Ms. Hong's English is excellent. We are very fortunate to meet her. And Ms. Nga from Reception, very patient to solve the check-in problem .We like the swimming pool on the 31st floor very much. We also took a lot of sunset photos. As for the 2B indoor swimming pool, we were a little disappointed. Because the jacuzzi in the pool is not working properly. Overall, I feel that staying at the Ramada hotel is very comfortable. It is a must for vacation Our enjoyment has exceeded the room price. Next time I come to Ha Long Bay, I will still choose Ramada hotel as my first choice. Finally, we would like to thank MR IT DUC for being patient and helping and repairing the TV countless times. At the same time, my wife would like to thank F & B Manager Ms. Huong served my wife a special breakfast.

The room is spacious, very neat and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast could have been better. The restaurant in the hotel is expensive and the food was not the best. There is a bellman who seems to like to be tipped every time he helps customers.

Auf unserer Rundreise durch Vietnam übernachteten wir in diesem Hotel. Es liegt zentral, in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich mehrere Restaurants und Cafés. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt und auch das Personal war recht freundlich. Aufgrund der Corona-Pandemie waren wenig Gäste anwesend, deshalb musste das Frühstück am Tag davor bestellt werden. Die kontinentale Version, bestehend aus Rührei, Speck, kleinen Würstchen, Salat, Brötchen und frischem Obst war ausreichend und lecker. Wir hatten auf jeden Fall einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
