I have stayed in this hotel many times in the past, but the service is getting less and less satisfactory. There is a new rule now. If the room needs to be cleaned, you must notify the front desk before 8:00 pm the day before, which is very inconvenient. There is no sign in the room asking for cleaning. This time I met a fat waitress at the front desk. Not only can she not speak English, but she also speaks German with an accent. Her attitude is so bad that it is almost impossible to communicate.
