decent place for it's price, but I won't go there one more time

We don't know have to go to other hotel to check in and get the key. It would be great to have the information when making the booking. It's really annoying when we have late arrival and rainy day, we still need to carry our luggage to other hotel and come back. Also, they have few homeless sitting in front of the entrance. They are nice and polite but I still feel unsafe. I have paid for the Breakfast, but the reception said didn't see it in my booking. He was kind and maybe can feel that I am already exhausted and anger. He just gave me a Breakfast voucher and WiFi password. If not I think I will have a long waited until he found out the package until midnight. Breakfast have to go to the hotel which we have checked it.

The stuff is kind, the room really clean and organised. For me wasn’t a problem, but a person who can’t sleep with noise must look for another place.

The room is spacious and clean. It is very close to the station and has convenient transportation. The toilet is relatively high and a small stool would be more comfortable. There are signs posted at the accommodation location, and you need to go to the nearby Graf Moltke hotel to collect your keys when checking in.

The accommodation is right next to the main train station. However, it does not have its own reception, which is not stated in the description or on the website. There is also no indication of this at the accommodation itself. When I called the number provided, I initially ended up at a nearby hotel belonging to the Novum Group. The clueless receptionist there tried to help me. He then found out that I had to check in at a different hotel, also right next to the accommodation and belonging to the Novum Group. Check-in was then problem-free, and breakfast was eaten here the next morning and was OK. The water in the shower was only lukewarm, but the rest of the apartment was clean and pleasant. Oh yes, the three ************** who were waiting in the entrance area in the morning with their crack pipes were polite and let me go to the other hotel without further ado.

Apartment type, simple single room with twin beds, which can be divided into two single beds by yourself. Breakfast is a minute away on the second floor of another hotel. Breakfast is very simple, bread and sausages. You can cook, there are kitchen utensils and refrigerators, but there is no microwave, range hood, or oven. There is no elevator.

The space is so big, it's really like an apt. It has a toilet and a kitchen. There are two rooms, each with 2 single beds pushed together. Clean management. But it's definitely not the new decoration in the picture, it's just the red carpet. Family This area is really hard to choose. There are many homeless people walking around, and there are middle-eastern aunts asking people for money. At night, a man walked up to the door of the building and was almost scared to death.

Satisfactory stay during business trip

Very bad experience. Wasted an evening trying to find where to find the keys. I don't recommend

very good however a hassle to collect the keys it's not the hotel in the place indicated

The hotel is clean but lacks slippers and the wifi here is very bad. I couldn't connect while I was here. Not too disappointed because the price is suitable for the service here
