Hotel berhampiran Chengdeli Architectural Complex, Hangzhou

地理位臨近西湖湖濱商業區，離地鐵站7，8分鐘步行路程，步行到西湖邊10來分鐘，周邊有幾家銀泰，逛街購物吃飯都很方便。酒店服務不錯，人員都熱情有禮，有賓至如歸的感覺。外賣有機器人送到房間，冰箱裏飲品都是免費的，走的時候還送了伴手禮。美中不足的就是浴室裏麪沒有掛放衣服的地方，建議增設。

It was overall great experience. Helpful staff who provided suggestions on how to go West Lake from the hotel. Convenient location, very near to the metro station (next to the hotel) and within walking distance to West Lake Hu Bin entrance (about 20-min walk, passing by some eateries and shopping mall). Clean and neat hotel room, with premium experience to enjoy (Dyson hair dryer, Nepresso coffee machine, free snacks/drinks in the fridge). It will be better if the room ventilation (mainly toilet cubicle) can be improved, and the aircon noise can be fixed.

Super nice!! The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but everything is fine. The bed is sooooo cozy. And we love the tea gift set very much. Best thing is the location. It's not so far from subway, not as noisy the ones next to longxiangqiao station, very close to the shopping street! Would love the go back again :)

Sangat berpuas hati dengan penginapan. Lokasi hotel sangat bagus. Ia berjarak sepuluh minit berjalan kaki ke West Lake. Sangat selesa untuk memukul Tasik Barat pada waktu pagi dan malam semasa penginapan anda. Bilik-biliknya luas, bersih dan rapi, berperabot lengkap, dengan pancuran mandian dan tab mandi, dan syampu dan gel mandi terdapat dalam botol besar, yang membuatnya terasa seperti di rumah. Akan lebih baik lagi jika dapat ditingkatkan ke bilik pemandangan tasik lain kali. Kakitangan perkhidmatan profesional dan cekap. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the staffs here are very helpful and friendly! Really appreciate the services that the staffs at the front desk has offered, especially staff 陆青青 who assisted me with my enquiries patiently, guide me on how to operate the washing machine etc, she also assisted me with other enquiries such as how to operate the food delivery apps in Shanghai etc.

The location and service are excellent, and the place is well-maintained with a pleasant breakfast spread. However, the air conditioning is fixed at 28 to 29 degrees Celsius, emitting warm air, and it cannot be adjusted. Despite partially opening the window, it doesn't effectively address the need for colder air, which may be bothersome for those who prefer a cooler environment for sleeping. Despite this air conditioning issue, it's still a worthwhile place to consider overall.

Great location within walking distance from Xihu, MRT station and and crowded shopping malls. However, the hotel showed its age with dim corridors and a very distinctive smell of insect repellent, typical for aged hotels. Breakfast buffet is simple traditional Chinese breakfast with a small selection of porridge, steam bun, corn, fried rice, quite satisfying if you are familiar with this kind of breakfast.

Excellent location: Staying at this hotel, one can take the Metro (Line 1) from/to Hangzhou International Airport, Hangzhou East Railway Station, and Hangzhou Railway Station. The hotel's main entrance is located on the pedestrian Zhongshang Zhong Road and within this cultural area. This hotel is within walking distance of Westlake Scenery Area (10-15 minutes) and Qinghefang Ancient Street with traditional stores (5-10 minutes), 1-minute walking distance to Ding’an Subway/Metro Station… Adjacent/close to many different stores, shops, cafes, and restaurants, great art and culture… Excellent hotel: Very kind, assisting, and nice staff at the reception desk, in the breakfast restaurant, hotel lobby… Clean, nice, and quiet room… There is a washing and ironing room in the cellar.
