Stayed 3 nights here. Everything is new. family rooms are really ideal to stay with your kids. Its a bit far from downtown, west lake, everything. So if you tourist who wants to discover Hangzhou, its not ideal.

We stayed at Yibo Hotel for 9 days and it was a very pleasant stay. The suite was nice, clean and quite, and they always refilled our fridge with plenty of water (which was very appreciated, as it was very hot outside). The staff at reception was really helpful and friendly (they can speak English too), also breakfast was pretty good, with a discrete selection of Chinese and western food. Near the hotel there are two metro stations (the nearest one is at 500mt) and, if it’s not scorching hot outside, they can be reached with a nice walk. All in all this hotel was a very good choice, definitely recommended. V. from Italy

The room was wonderful and very spacious. We were not too far from many activities, shopping centers, or restaurants. The only reason I did not give the service an excellent is because I requested an extra blanket, the room was upturned during my stay, and I did not get the extra tea bags I asked for. Overall the staff was friendly.

The apartment was awesome. clean and spacious. however, it is not best location. nothing nearby. far from the main tourist attractions

The hotel was clean and well maintained. It’s still a brand new hotel but it was very nice and well decorated. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty simple and had the necessary meal items.

Stay at Yibo was a good experience. The front desk staff helped out very much and tried to language gap. When l couldn’t use the WiFi they assisted me in a calm manner and were very friendly

聽演唱會訂的酒店，離大蓮花地鐵只有2站路。出行當天就有管家提前添加了微信，很貼心的告訴出行線路。前台服務好，有需求會盡最大能力滿足。訂的2室房間乾淨，大而寬敞。冰箱微波爐電磁鍋碗什麼的應有盡有。二樓還有遊戲廳，早餐也很豐富。下次來聽演唱會，首先這家。

設施：設備都很新，電視節目很多，而且都免費！衞生：衞生環境很好，很乾凈，進屋還有清香，很喜歡很喜歡！服務：前台服務很周到，還給我們免費升房，很熱情友好，nice！房間總體比較大，適合兩個人居住，非常舒適愜意，下次還來！！！
