Breakfast was okay, but the room and its view are good. Particularly attractive were its big bathtub and Dyson hairdryer, some of the best amenities.

Best location. Very clean. However, only 2 household washing machines are just not enough for a more than 300 rooms hotels...I was not able to use them, tlit was always working with someone else laundry and huge queues of people needing to use it.

This was an excellent hotel. The room was well equipped and clean. The bathroom had a bathtub and high-tech Japanese toilet. The staff were helpful. The location was perfect as it was very near West Lake. The value was great, and overall, I was very satisfied.

Hotel is newly renovated, clean n good service. Near West Lake in walking distance. Also shopping mall and nice food around. Recommend to have some sofa on 1st floor for waiting taxis or friends purpose.

We experienced a premium hospitality stay here during our trip in Hangzhou. The staff are very accommodating and welcoming as they promptly provide our requests. The room is spacious and tidy . Kudos to the bed, it’s very comfortable to sleep on. We also love the fusion of the Western and Chinese breakfast style The location is also accessible to go around West Lake . Highly commendable for Hangzhou travelers. We will surely come back!

Great location and amazing view. Gym not opened and front desk refused to comp us breakfast to compensate for no gym. We just wanted one free breakfast during a four night stay.

Good walking distance and Great location to touristy visits example west lake, a lot of restaurants, meals and cafe. The room is surprisingly very clean and modern, looks newly renovated . Well furnished with Dyson hair dryer .. so convenient!!! The mattress is good. Room view is not great , facing old buildings. Slow check in which something can be improved

The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff is both helpful and polite. They even allowed us to check out late at 2:30 PM, free of charge. However, our room had a strong smell of tobacco, as did the corridors, where we even found a cigarette butt near the elevator. Additionally, the soundproofing was poor; we were woken up several times by noise from the corridor and could even hear another guest snoring throughout the night.
