Ulasan City West Tourist Hotel (West Lake Hubin Branch)

The room was comfortable and spacious. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. After adding them on WeChat, could ask them for recommendations of the desserts and food as we explore the area. They gave me wonderful suggestions and we enjoyed our dinner tasting local delicacies. The area is about 20 mins walk to west lake. Went walking around the lake in the early morning and enjoyed my walk there. Nearest mall is Kerry which is about 2 mins away. We didn’t get to take the train as we were there for just a night, plus we had big luggages with us. When we checked out of the hotel, our kids also received a cute toy. Thank you 小张 for making our Hangzhou trip a wonderful one 😍

The gym is shared with another hotel but it's pretty good. Room is of a good size, they even have mouthwash for one time use. The slight downside for foreigners is the signing in to wifi. Ended up being too much effort. The tv programmes were good and because i understand chinese, watch on demand programmes.

The first step in the hotel we are very happy and amazed us. From the amenities and hotel staff were very helpful, we felt like home. Location is very spot on and near fhe Weet Lake, Wulin Market and the winning point is near the metro. We will definitely come back to stay when we come to Hangzhou. . 小周 wa the one attended to us and very helpful and cooperative. Tq so much.

Very new and clean hotel. Superb location with 7/11 below, boutique bars, hair salon and famous night market just 5mins walk away. Hotel staffs were extremely nice and helpful. Front desk and housekeepers were always friendly and polite.

Great location near the Wulin night market and several shopping streets, hotel was clean and comfortable, staff was helpful

The hotel was great! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Close proximity to Fenqi station (2 min walk) and Wulin Night Market (10 min walk). Hotel breakfast spread was pretty good too with a varied selection of Chinese food and selected Western food.

Hotel is very new. Everything are all in very good condition. Location is fantastic. Close to the night market but at the same time quiet. Love how the hotel incorporated technologies into the entire room. From lights to curtains to television. Service was 100% top notch. Washed my clothes and staff went the extra miles to help me dry it when doing housekeeping. Super thankful for that. My friend and I are super wow-ed by the hotel. There’s even a pantry area where you can get coffee/tea if you required other than the mini bar (drinks are free during our stay) in the room. Totally recommend to book and stay here. 很新的酒店，服务一流。因为洗了衣服挂在厕所里， 客房服务员在打理房间时还帮我把衣服整齐的放回衣架。 地理位置很赞， 地铁站就在出口出来就是酒店门口。 靠近武林夜市，步行就能到。推荐入住。

Hotel is located at a very convenient location, walkable to West Lake and Night market! Amenities provided is also very complete! Lots of variety to choose from during breakfast. We met several helpful staff and would like to thank and complement Ms Zhangqinglu for assisting us in many ways!

We had a fantastic time staying at 城市西游里. The location was perfect for visiting key sites and also close to shopping destinations. Our room was impeccably clean and filled with useful amenities (even some surprising ones, like the Xiaodu household robot). We loved the themed aesthetic of the entire space. Receptionist 小张 made us feel welcomed and provided us with many helpful information about Hangzhou, as well as upgrading our stay to a larger room, which we deeply appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again for our next visit!
