The hotel is conveniently located at the entrance of Houchaomen Station and walking distance to the West Lake. The rooms are quite small and the mobile signal is poor inside the rooms. The wifi is also too slow. If you're a business traveller, you'd better find a nicer hotel with fast connection. The hotel has no elevators so if you have a heavy luggage, you need to carry them through the stairs. They're also strict with their check out time so if you usually request to check out late, better find another place to stay because you must leave at 12 noon. Other than that, the hotel is just OK.

Great location, just in front of houchaomen metro station exit A. Nice front desk. Price is ok. Walking distance to damalong market. If you need to go to bank there are many bank in the area.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was quite small and we didn't have much space for our luggage. The bed was also very short so our feet were sticking out. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, they helped us with a lot of things. Great service from them! The location next to the metro is good, you can quite easily get around either with the metro or some if the busses. There is also a supermarket nearby and a few local restaurants.

Great laundry machine, so thats a few points. The rooms doesnt have a Window facing outside, so no much ventilation (and off course the cigarette smoke from the neighbor rooms enterti our own, so thats a bummer). The toilet walls are transparent, and instead of a Door it has a curtain (no privacy at all). Great location (right next to a metro station). Good deal concideeing the price

除了交通全是query，房間又小又醜，廁所設計不合理一不注意洗的外面都是水，連洗髮水沐浴露都沒有

離地鐵站很近，侯潮門a口出來後就是地鐵站，坐地鐵非常方便，不用拎着箱子到處跑了，杭州南站和杭州站都可以五號線直達。房間比較小，但是還行，畢竟這個地址這個價位已經很不錯了。一個一米三的床，我22寸箱子可以完全攤開，衞生間沒有乾濕分離，容易弄的水汪汪的。隔音確實不行，隔壁房間打呼嚕聽的一清二楚。比較適合特種兵出來玩和睡眠質量比較好的的人。房間每天都會有阿姨來打掃，前台姐姐也好好，很熱情。下雨天傘丟了，還會主動借我傘。杭州真的好好看！！！西湖好美，就是真的美食荒漠啊，感覺沒啥特色的吃的，價格也好貴。

蠻好的，房間用品擺放的整整齊齊，床單被罩都很乾凈，距離地鐵衹有10米，太方便了！距離雷峯塔、河坊街，也就1公里多，太好了。前台接待業務熟練，給她點贊！下回來再來杭州辦事，還會來這的😊嘿嘿

前台姐姐超級好，看着我行李重還想着幫我拿，而且很温柔，雖然空調製熱不太好，我們雙人間申請加兩床被子，小姐姐帶我們去拿，用品每天都在換，忘記拍照片了，不錯不錯也划算，地理位置也不錯，一出門就是地鐵入口，離鼓樓清河坊街幾百米，樓下有超市也有絕味鴨脖

位置交通很便利，就在地鐵口，出行很好。經濟型裏面這家的衞生真的超級好，非常乾淨。服務人員很友好，經理小翠待人很温和，前台小姐姐也超級好呢，下次還會再來的。

酒店非常好，，地理位置方便，距離地鐵就衹有20米，去景區都蠻方便的，前台小姐姐也非常熱情，及時響應我的需求，在杭州這個地段，這個性價比真的挺好的！！！

房間還挺滿意的，前台態度很好，經理小翠對待客人尤其滿意，衞生是真的乾淨，性價比很高。交通便利，就在地鐵口呢，還會再來的。

還行，衞生比較一般，我自己全擦了一遍才勉強入住，房間比較小，沒窗户😊😊每個人要求不同，我是真的特別勉強無奈。杭州住的最不滿意的一次也是太着急下單，以後還是得看看評價的好。房間和廣告圖片不太符合，因為沒窗户排風機聲音也是比較影響睡眠的？能改善一下最好！！
