Location is great, service is fine and it’s a comfortable place. So in theory everything is great there. Two issues; 1. However AC didn’t cool the room from 27 degrees (Celsius) which is proven to be too hot to sleep at and causing sleep to deteriorate up to 10% from optimal levels. 2. Also as evidenced by picture 2, AC had collected some dust and cleaning that would drastically improve AC efficiency and improve quality of air inside the rooms, making the stay more pleasant. It’s those little (inexpensive) things that make guests enjoy their stays more, money comes when customers are satisfied and stay healthy, not when their sleep and breathing is disrupted due to neglect and greed.

Amaze with the hotel room, big and comfortable. Comes with 2 sofa and a dining table. The beds are comfortable although is queen size, however you will not feel uncomfortable when your partner moves around. Bathroom is big and have the automatic toilet bowl. Surprise they have a weighing scale inside the hotel! They have coffee machine inside the room too! Pleasant staff during check in. Highly recommend! Definitely will come back again! Only one thing the bathroom is transparent which not no suitable for family stay.

The room and the location is amazing. The hotel is really well maintained and the rooms are quite clean. It’s easy to get around. And the view from the hotel room is absolutely breathtaking. They even free coffee and breakfast. Amazing service! (P.S The pictures below are screenshots of a video i took of the room)

Amazing hotel with a great location in a quite nice district. Within just minutes to the subway and 2 minutes to the food court mall, few small shops around. Friendly staff, nice breakfasts, and wonderful high-level rooms with a view. Recommend it for couples and business travelers. As a bonus - they have self-service laundry free of charge (ask staff for details).

The room was spacious, and the beds were large and comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Overall, a pleasant and welcoming stay!

This is a very clean hotel. The staff service is excellent. And the restaurant in this hotel makes exceptional Hangzhou food. Will stay next time.

Quiet neighborhood. The train station is also nearby.

Amazing rooms. A real bargain. Breakfast nice, but mostly chinese oriented (that part was very nice). We would definitely stay again. Only issues is staff speaks not one word english. But with the help of some translations app it was not a problem. They were very kind and professional.
