Ulasan Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Hangzhou

Pengalaman menginap yang sangat tidak memuaskan~! ! ! Keadaan kebersihan bufet sarapan pagi hotel sangat teruk~ Saya tidak mengendahkan ketika mengambil pinggan~ Saya mengambil makanan dan duduk dan mendapati bahawa pinggan kotor semasa saya mula makan~ Kemudian saya pergi ke tempat di mana pinggan diambil~ Beberapa pinggan lain juga kotor~ Kemudian, saya bercakap dengan kakitangan pengurusan hotel. Dikatakan tetamu di hadapan secara tidak sengaja terlanggar makanan. Tidak kira apa sebabnya. Pinggan-pinggan yang kotor hendaklah segera dibuang. Siapa tahu jika cawan dan pinggan tetamu di hadapan digunakan? Sekarang Ia adalah semasa wabak lagi~ keadaan kebersihan seperti ini benar-benar membimbangkan~! ! Langsir bilik langsung tak berlorek~ tak ada~ hiasannya~ ini kali pertama saya menghadapi situasi sejak menginap di hotel~! Pada pukul 5 pagi agak terang, dan cahaya telah dibawa masuk ke dalam bilik~ Gambar 2 adalah gambar yang diambil pada pukul 7:10 pagi~ Pada masa ini, bilik sudah sangat terang dan terang~ Saya tidak boleh tidur lagi~ Hari sebelumnya Sangat letih~Saya tidak dapat tidur nyenyak~Ia membuat saya letih sepanjang hari~Ia benar-benar menjejaskan jadual hari itu~~Sebagai hotel 5 bintang~Saya boleh' t do these at least~Pemakanan yang tidak bersih~Tidur Saya tidak boleh tidur lena~ Adakah ini masih dipanggil hotel~? ? ? Selepas melaporkan masalah itu kepada kakitangan hotel, saya merasakan bahawa tidak ada keikhlasan ~ bagaimanapun, ia terlalu teruk~! ! !

Bagi mereka yang ingin menginap di hotel yang lebih baik, saya sangat tidak mengesyorkannya. Hiasan bilik itu terlalu lama. Perkhidmatan: bilik yang dikhaskan, pukul 3 ke hotel, tunggu sehingga pukul 4 untuk membersihkan bilik. Bilik yang dikhaskan untuk bahagian dalam tidak mempunyai makna langsung, melihat pemandangan dari balkoni.

Check in to the hotel was smooth but once I arrived in the room I saw a big spider 🕷️ in the bath tub which made me feel very uncomfortable,Hygiene is the most important part for the hotels, I believe pest control has to be done regularly . Secondly I was called and told to come down in the late night to give back the glasses which I borrowed from the lobby lounge, which was horrible, Chef Derek and Effie from FO, was very proactive, they are doing a great job 👏

Few mins walk to Wulin night market. Clean and suitable for family.

Is that a real five-star hotel? I don’t think so, first, all 3 USB sockets broken, pointpen broken and hair dryer was burnt. The good thing is the room is very big than expected, especially the shower room, I like that. Anyway, both the pricing and environment are not matched so much. The top platform is amazing, where can be able to watch the west lake in a long view. I think that hotel management can try to improve some service details in the future.

The service of this hotel is terrific. The staff are very friendly.

I stay at the Wyndham whenever I’m in Hangzhou. The service and atmosphere are great. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. Location near to West Lake. I always feel like I’m spoiling myself a bit when I stay here.

Pros: - Very convenient location, a couple of minutes walk to the West Lake. - The lobby is spotless, check in/out is smooth. - We went with a driver/tour guide (Zhu Feng) associated with the hotel who was very helpful, drove us around the lake for most of a day in pouring rain. - Bellman is very helpful with loading luggage (he needs to work out more though :). - Breakfast is good, but not great. Cons - The room is a little outdated, needs some maintenance work. - The AC is the worst. The one in our room was blasting air all day long, but can barely keep the temperate at 25 C (77 F). - The gym is pretty crappy. Looks like it's been rented out for external use, and it's not very clean or well maintained. Overall got a good bone but needs some management shakeup and remodeling.

Hotel is walking distance to West lake scenic area and Wulin night market with many food options. Stay at the hotel room is unpleasantly warm as the centralized aircon has difficulty setting below 26degC. We’ve reported to hotel and was informed it’s due to our room facing the morning sun. They send us an extra fan for ventilation.

Fantastic room, large and clean. Great service, would definitely recommend. Great location for walking to the night market and lake.

Perfect stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, between the West Lake and Wulin Night Market. The room was very clean, with delicious complimentary coffee and tea. The breakfast was amazing with a wide choice of western and Asian cuisine. The staff was very attentive and efficient. Totally recommend.

The location is great. It’s very close to Wulin market and the West Lake. Many options to eat since many good restaurants nearby. Or you can try to stroll around the “food court” in the Wulin Market. Public transport is easy to get within the hotel vicinity. The hotel itself has a large gym and yet quite quiet. The hotel looks like an old fashioned hotel with wooden decoration interior.

The hotel is in great location. Just few minutes from the West lake so you can take a refreshing and peaceful walk by the lake in the early morning. The hotel has buffet for lunch and the variety of food is really amazing! Lots of fresh and high quality seafood! The rooms are all decorated in the nice Hangzhou style, adding to the wonderful memories of staying there. The personal of the hotel is very friendly, polite and always trying to help if needed.

Nice old fashioned style feel to the room. Friendly staff and perfectly located next to the West lake. Would happily stay again
