Ulasan Grand Metropark Hotel

Pertama sekali, puji perkhidmatan Ctrip, semak semula sama ada untuk hidup dan masa ketibaan, pengurusan adalah munasabah. Untuk hotel dan bilik keluarga, bilik katil double mempunyai katil single tambahan, kawasan lounge sofa sudah tiada, bilik mandi hanya boleh memuatkan seorang, kecil, dan kemudahannya sangat lama. Pancuran mandi berada di dalam tab mandi, dengan hanya tirai pancuran mandian, dan sinki juga agak baik. ***a lama, saya tidak suka secara peribadi.

Have to walk a bit from the hotel to the malls and west lake but the walk is not that bad. Everything is great, the breakfast dont have many options but its doable

The receptionist was very nice and friendly, when seeing my 6-year-old daughter, she offered us to upgrade my two superior rooms to the rooms for families for free. She also checked us in before their normal check-in time. When we got into our rooms, the cleaning lady - Wendy 潘慧群 brought us a few extra drinks, and a pair of slippers for my daughter, changed the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel right away, and helped us to connect to the WiFi with a lot of patience. The experience at the hotel was great! I definitely will stay in here if coming Hangzhou again.

Great location , located at the edge of West Lake scenic zone . Close to public transport ( MTR and buses) Front desk team is excellent, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable ( able to provide transport and tourist attraction information ) especially Chiu Hua Room is spaces and clean with good sound proofing. Housekeeping team is always attentive to details. The restaurant setting with an outdoor section is comfortable and the breakfast variety is great, give a lot of options for different preferences.( Western / Chinese ) , waitress are friendly and helpful . Overall we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to our friend and relatives , great value for money for a 5 star hotel .

The hotel is clean and conveniently located near shopping malls on the way when we walked to West Lake. The staff members are very helpful. They always helped us to go to the road to hail taxis for us. They also informed us how to go to China Mobile main office to get local SIM card. Buffet breakfast had a wide variety and worth the price.

Hotel is old & very basic amenities but clean. I got stuck for room card which i forget the room. Ms su bingbing help me with good service & immediately issue new card. Very friendly ans shine staff Ms Su bingbing.

My parents enjoyed the dinner set menu at their Chinese restaurant on the 2nd level. Breakfast at their lobby cafe was good in quality and variety.

The hotel is easy to access by taking the shuttle bus from the airport (arount 30mins), and within walkable distance to the Xihu lake. The front staff, Mr. Yu (俞秋华) kindly upgraded our room to a higher floor. The whole stay was short but comfortable.

Great place to stay with comfortable rooms. Even Angela Merkel chose this one.

The hotel has good service and is in a good location.

My family stayed in Grand Metropark Hotel in Hangzhou last Apr. 22-23. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staffs are hospitable but so busy due to many visitors during that day. We only encountered minor problem because the card key malfunctioned and it needs staff intervention to open the door. Overall, i am satisfied and i can rate my stay 8 out of 10.
