Hotel was located at a convenient place nearby metro station within 100m away. Shopping mall just opposite the hotel and 10 mins walk to Westlake and Laundry was free for the stay as well. Staff was polite and helpful too.

Hotel is very convenient with train station entrance located just right outside. Easy to access all attractions, can take a 10 mins stroll to west lake. Room is spacious with living area, can put our luggages comfortably and toiletries are provided.

I love this hotel. It's affordable and conveniently close to shopping center and metro. This Hotel is situated across from Kerry Centre and walking distance from Westlake. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hangzhou.

Moved here from jingyuan and never regretted it. So beautiful and clean. Staff was utmost helpful and location is very convenient. Night walk was fun and nearby (walking distance ) to in77 mall. Best experience in hangzhou

Got a free upgrade to a deluxe room. Clean room that is big with a nespressso machine. Got to do laundry for free too. Right out of metro exit. Strongly recommend

It was overall great experience. Helpful staff who provided suggestions on how to go West Lake from the hotel. Convenient location, very near to the metro station (next to the hotel) and within walking distance to West Lake Hu Bin entrance (about 20-min walk, passing by some eateries and shopping mall). Clean and neat hotel room, with premium experience to enjoy (Dyson hair dryer, Nepresso coffee machine, free snacks/drinks in the fridge). It will be better if the room ventilation (mainly toilet cubicle) can be improved, and the aircon noise can be fixed.

Very clean and good location. There are a few breakfast places nearby ;Near subway station and night market

Check in staff was not well trained. Staff bought kid to work, doing homework in front of the check in counter. Facility of the hotel was not explained to the guest. Free self serving was great but only 2 washing machines and two dryers. Gym was inside the washing room, only one running machine and one bicycle. Huge TV and a smart panel in the room is my favourite

Window leak very badly while raining. Hotel not for tourist because nobody speaks English, no map of city.

Everything is good except that the hotel can smell cigarette smoke even in the room.

Good: Friendly staffs Easy access to all popular places to shops and eat. Take 15-20 mins walking distance to West Lake. Take less an a min walking distance for coffee, and breakfast next to hotel. Very close by subway, and buses. Hotel has free self washing and drying machines. Bad: If you are a clean freak, this hotel is not for you. I had a crab leg bone left in a toilet room after the room cleaning service is done ( sure, definitely not from me since I have not eaten any crab) Not price performed since the room was small with no review at all. I saw a flea in a sink, but didn’t take photos since no further expectation from cleanliness.

Good location and good food.... Mrt is in front of the hotel. The big department store is opposite the hotel. Not far from Xihu lake . Near the hotel has the awesome noodles shop

Location is fantastic as the MRT station exit is right in front of the hotel. Opposite Hangzhou嘉丽中心. 10 mins walking distance to West Lake. My hubby did his morning walk along West Lake everyday. Front desk recommended restaurant ToongDaFang (东大方) (just next to the hotel) which is good. Room is modern, clean, good size and well maintained with free minibar drinks. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

Strategically located in the city centre. Metro station is just outside the hotel making it easy to travel around town. Westlake is just about 10 mins walks from the hotel.
