My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at shama Hotel. Spacious clean rooms, well-kept furniture, quiet neighborhood and friendly helpful staff are more than we can hope for at such reasonable price. We'll look for other shama hotels next time we travel in mainland China.

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst we explored Hangzhou. Place was very clean and cosy! Breakfast spread was also really very good! Love the fact that we had the washing machine in the apartment to do laundry at night especially after a rainy day! They were also nice enough to let us store our suitcases in the storeroom when we travelled to suzhou for a couple of days. Downside is that there is no cutlery or plates in the kitchen area but we managed to get by since we mostly ate out. They also provided cup noodles and snacks and fruits which was a nice touch. Very convenient location to visit xixi wetlands and takes around 20 to 30 min to get to town by taxi which is not too bad. There are shops and a mall nearby too, and the train station is right next to the hotel! We got around by taxi but the taxis always had to stop by the roadside instead of the lobby area as they could never find the entrance and guardhouse to get to the lobby! But it's not too bad since the roadside is quite near the lobby.

We like the hotel’s comfortable beds and pillows and how near McDonald’s, Subway and 7-eleven were to the hotel. There’s also 老娘舅 and a popular Korean BBQ restaurant 肉本家烤肉 nearby. The hotel provided some free drinks and snacks in the room fridge for guests which was a really nice gesture.

There is a metro station right in front of the hotel, very convenient to access to public transport. There are few reasonably good restaurants and convenient shops around the residential area. Hotel room comes with daily breakfast

Good location right above the metro station. Many nice restaurants below and right opposite a Mcdonalds. Very good sized rooms. Breaksfast is good. Nice place to stay during our family vacation.

Cozy, clean and comfortable! The location is a bit far away from the main tourist spot but the price are pretty reasonable and the room facilities are nice!

The hotel room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is good and at a very good location, outside metro station. There is convenience store, restaurant and mcd beside the hotel!

My favorite hotel in Hangzhou. The rooms are perfect, I felt like at home. The staff is available and professional, in particular Angel.
